I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons regularly over the past month. Most of the time, service is quick, the drinks are what you’d expect, and everything runs smoothly. However, on several occasions, I’ve experienced long waits for my drinks and noticeable confusion among staff behind the counter. It’s possible those times were just extra busy or stressful for the team. Overall, it’s a pretty standard Tim’s - generally reliable but can be hit-or-miss depending on the time of day.

The early morning staff's service and attitudes are as upsetting as diarrhea. Who hired these people?
So walking in and waiting at the counters while there are 5 individuals standing at the take out order window chatting! Two other individuals filling an order and I waited over 5 minutes before the two individuals were done with the other orders Meantime the individuals standing could have come to help myself and others waiting in line

Hi, I’m from the States and visited Canada this weekend with my 6-year-old son. We went through the drive-thru early in the morning, and my son absolutely loved the guy at the window. He’s been insisting we go back just to see him again. The guy was so sweet to my son, and that brief interaction really stood out—I've never seen anything like it at any store before. We’ll definitely be back this weekend, and I hope my son gets to see him again. Thank you for making my son so happy!

I live in the neighborhood so I frequent this Tim Hortons since it's the closest one. However, more times than not the staff is just flat out bad. I never receive napkins or cutlery. I have to repeat my order multiple times, and I would say 9 out of 10 times they never smile, say have a nice day or anything. They just hand the food/drinks out the windows and the windows than shuts. I am going to start going out of my way to visit another Tim's, or just going to a different business all together.
