So walking in and waiting at the counters while there are 5 individuals standing at the take out order window chatting! Two other individuals filling an order and I waited over 5 minutes before the two individuals were done with the other orders Meantime the individuals standing could have come to help myself and others waiting in line

Hi, I’m from the States and visited Canada this weekend with my 6-year-old son. We went through the drive-thru early in the morning, and my son absolutely loved the guy at the window. He’s been insisting we go back just to see him again. The guy was so sweet to my son, and that brief interaction really stood out—I've never seen anything like it at any store before. We’ll definitely be back this weekend, and I hope my son gets to see him again. Thank you for making my son so happy!
Kid-friendliness: Super friendly service with my son, my son loves the guy who served us on window this Sunday morning. Thank you

I live in the neighborhood so I frequent this Tim Hortons since it's the closest one. However, more times than not the staff is just flat out bad. I never receive napkins or cutlery. I have to repeat my order multiple times, and I would say 9 out of 10 times they never smile, say have a nice day or anything. They just hand the food/drinks out the windows and the windows than shuts. I am going to start going out of my way to visit another Tim's, or just going to a different business all together.

When I visited there, I encountered a person named HASINA. While I was deciding what to order, she became angry and spoke to me in a very rude manner. Even as she was processing my payment, she continued to behave rudely and made strange faces. Is this how you treat other customers? Totally bad experience ( but rest of the staff was good )

I'm very done with the grand Marais location. Today's order consisted of them cramming 3 fresh muffins into one small bag, thank you for the bag of smashed food. The timbits that they forgot to give me and then accused me of lying about, were hard and clearly not something that should have been served. These guys are always messing up orders it never ceases to amaze me how much they argue when politely asked to correct it. Variety is scarce, always out of the most basic menu items (like plain bagels) and I've been told several times that they don't have something in drive thru, only to park and go in to see that they do in fact have the item I requested. Coffee orders are frequently messed up and need to be corrected at the window. Quantity always needing to be repeated and corrected. This is my emergency only tim hortons and today it got bumped off the list for even that. It's coffee people - it's literally the business you're in. Do better

A very busy yet accessible location lunch time with all the students. The students were pretty well-behaved. And my order was excellent the staff was relaxed accurate and the bathroom was clean
If I could do ZERO stars I would. My sister found a BUG at the bottom of her iced cap causing me and the rest of our friends to throw out our iced caps while we were on a road trip since it comes from the same machine. We called to complain and ask them to clean their machines as well as a refund and she didn’t even bother to ask for our names until we asked her if she was going to? When I went in to get my refund the manager said she had no idea about this complaint and to come back the next day when the worker I talked to was working. When I came back the next day they refused to give me the refund and said they weren’t going to do anything about their being bugs. Fought with me and raised their voice at me in the middle of Tim hortons. Disgusting.
Stopped for a quick meal, it was good 👍 😋
