BY FAR THE SLOWEST TIM HORTONS!

I was at the drive thru the other day, the person on the window wasn’t wearing any name tag and wearing a different Tim’s T-shirt so I suppose he is the manager. He was so rude also he banged the window on my face and started yelling and shouting on his employees. Pathetic behaviour and service.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 525 University and was so impressed by the level of service and efficiency. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and it was clear that the team is committed to providing excellent customer service. A huge shoutout to Elson, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also took the time to ensure my order was prepared perfectly and delivered with a smile. It’s rare to see such dedication to customer care, and Elson's positive energy made my visit so much more enjoyable.
The rest of the team at this location is also doing a fantastic job – everything was well-organized, clean, and quick. It's evident that they work together seamlessly to keep things running smoothly, and it shows in the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Tim Hortons more often!

Counter service leaves a lot to be desired.
As a former Tim’s employee, I hate to have to write this review, but I’ve had bad experiences multiple times when I’ve gone in (rather than drive-thru, which is usually super quick).
The staff are friendly and welcoming but on multiple occasions I’ve waited excessively long times for my order. Today, it took them 15 minutes to even start making my wrap - 5 minutes after I asked an employee about my food. She asked the girl at the food station (short with long, dark brown hair) to make my wrap and the girl yelled at her that she was doing drive-thru orders only. The girl that was taking care of the counter was off doing something, which is fine, but when 10+ people who ordered after me receive their food before me, it is unacceptable for the other person to throw a fit and refuse to throw together a wrap. Once the other girl (red hair, short) came back, she asked me what I was waiting for and made it promptly and apologized. She was very polite.
I understand the lunch rush can be stressful, but it is not okay to have an outburst and refuse to make a very small order that was waiting longer than anyone in the drive-thru.

There is a many employees in tim Horton but they don’t make delivery orders at a time i am waiting here around 30 minutes

I had to go three times to get my steeped tea right. By the third time I went into the store, I explained this is my third visit for the same tea. I ordered a large, but by that time I felt I was owed an extra large for the inconvenience. The employee I spoke to was actually unapologetic and gave me a hard time about asking for an upgrade on the size. I will not return to that location. You have a great product (steeped tea), that's getting tarnished by your employees that constantly make it incorrectly. Do better.

Since when does tim hortons serve cold decafe coffee ?? After waiting for my coffee in the drive through to be handed a cold coffee , I went in to explain and ask for a fresh hot decade. I was told there is none left !!! Since when does tim hortons say there no coffee .....and that's that! I reminded her tim hortons is a Canadian chain COFFEE shop ! I'm so sick of how terrible time hortons is lately. More people need to start speaking up about the service and quality at time hortons

This branch needs more supervision. After i waited over 10 minutes to get a coffee, BLT and chili, the chili was COLD and they had to wait for it to worm up so i took the coffee and the sandwich and came back 5 minutes later ( 15 minutes in total) and the chili was not ready yet and nobody even asked me if i needed anything and on top of that the person who took my order was telling her co worker to take her time, so i had to leave the place to get back to work and they didn't even call me to get a refund.

The staff working there is so rude and arrogant especially there is an old lady on as a team member who is on training ahe don’t know how to speak to customers. She spoke so rudely to me today. I will never go to this restraunt .
They never have and food In stock, and this goes for all tim Hortons. Every time I want something I can count on them not having it.

Very bad I ordered a cream cheese bagel with toasted it they burned the bagel and I went back to speak with the manager, he is a Chinese person he said oh that should be like that. Tim Hortons is just a name with no quantity and no experienced people

I went inside during my work break I was hugg no Ty and stopped for a steep tea and a croissant. The tea has no sugar at all and not fresh even though I told them especially to make it fresh and a double double the croissant had a fly on it so I didn’t wanna get that I got a donut instead. The service garbage the cleanliness is so bad there’s flies in the whole restaurant even on the food. So bad even though I’m a big Tim’s fan. Very disappointed.
