I don't know why I keep stopping here on my way to work, the coffee always tastes burnt and has a metallic taste, even the steaped tea is always bad. The coffee is completely undrinkable.

Employer should provide employees proper training for how the reward points work. I have 700 points and wanted to have Iced coffee. Employee couldn’t figure out how to redeem points so I had to pay even though should get it from points. Such a awful experience. Avoid this place.
