The waiting time at this tim hortons is more than a year if you make a walk in, been there the entire time while i worked at freshco next to it.
Except few employees everyone just seems they doesn't care about people doing walkin. The managers preety good but should get quick service, average 10 minutes to put your order in then other couple for them to prepare it.

The service was lacking due to the issue of the young lady at the deli counter not turn around and help the person at the main counter when the lineup got bad and she had no orders waiting there's no music playing in the lobby and all I heard was employee talking over each other and the customer in line before me left very mad at the lack of service

There was this guy named Riddesh who was totally rude with me and tried to demean me He isn’t a professional Tim’s guy at all I ordered for a coffee using a survey and he said that I didn’t fill it. Was he beside me to know that, it’s really disgusting how judgemental these guys are. He doesn’t even have basic common sense that it’s the start of the month and the survey is valid for couple of weeks

Tim Hortons service has gone down hill greatly over time and it shows at the location. There is no politeness or courtesy and they are just trying to rush you through, even when there is no rush or lineup. OFTEN my order is wrong here. If it weren't for the fact that this location is right up my street and directly on my way to work, I wouldn't go here.
Edit: The very corporate response and redirect to a website I need to figure out and navigate to say what I just did here, DOESNT help

Their service is very bad, and their attitude is extremely poor. I ordered a bagel with cheese, and they took half an hour to prepare it, even though it’s very simple and should take only 5 minutes. Also, the place is not clean. They could definitely take better care of it. This happens all the time; it’s not the first time.

I went through the drive-through at aprox 9:30 am . There was only 1 mini van in front of me, no one else in the drive-through . I guess they were friends . The mini van sat there for 10 min . The girl in front of me cut me off down the road . I slowly pulled up . The young, skinny girl was nice . A short, rude, ignorant lady moved her out of the way and rushed me through payment . I took my time. The store was empty . Coffee tasted funny . I threw it out .Never going back .

I hate to leave a bad review, but I went through the drive through this morning at around 740 am... I got to work and started to eat my everything bagel (herb and garlic with tomatoes) and there was a SHORT blonde hair in it 😭😭 in the cream cheese. I almost threw up 😭
