I stopped by Tim Hortons today and was impressed by how quick and efficient the service was. The manager greeted me with a smile, took my order promptly, and had everything ready in no time. The coffee was fresh, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for great coffee and speedy service, this location is definitely worth visiting!

I always get coffees on my way to work and I stop by there. Everyday it’s horrible service, yesterday I got 2 Double doubles with espresso shots but they didn’t have any espresso shots in them I was on the highway I couldn’t turn back. This morning I went and told them about what happened yesterday and they began to yell at me and say next time come back the same time I told her I can’t I had work. They said fine okay we will make it for you, when they closed the window the guy inside began to mumble and mutter mocking me and I felt completely terrible. I didn’t want to cause an issue but I am now because this can’t happen to other customers very terrible service.

We often order large orders for groups there, and the staff is always tremendously responsive. We even had ordered a catering order from Subway and the restaurant did not have it ready, Tuan and his team worked so hard to make sure everyone had great food - amazing. Coffee is fresh and ready, food is great and turned around quickly. The restaurant does get very busy, especially on weekend mornings, so sometimes grabbing something to go and going to enjoy Malden Park just next to the restaurant is a great outing!
