Came in for a coffee to help with an 8 hour drive. Stood in the lobby for a solid 5 minutes, making eye contact with 5 different people and no one even tried to come to the counter to help but the 6 people in drive thru seemed unnecessary...

You guys serve coffee and we know that Stop teaching customers how it tastes 🫨🫠. Crazy intelligent people do work here. French vanilla machines need to be maintained well to get its taste. Sorry but that’s what it is. Please don’t act over smart. Customers do know what they are doing. I would never go to this Tim’s again 😤

Falls advertisement went there after 10:00 and they told me they don't make food after 10:00 even though it says sandwiches right on the side so don't go there

Today I ordered a Turkey sandwich combo and ask for no bacon because I'm allergic to pork, and I made sure to confirm that they were not putting bacon on it, because of my allergy and they said that there would be no bacon on it. Well I got half way through eating it to lean there was bacon on it, I sure hope to god my allergy pills work and I don't end up in the hospital because I'm at work and didn't bring my epinephrine pen with me, because we can have a big lawsuit. When someone says they are allergic to something your employees need to pay attention this could turn into life or death, if my throat swells up.

I had the worst experience ever with pickup delivery at Tim Hortons. My pickup time on the app was 11:50, and I waited 20 minutes because they hadn’t made it. The girl there said they just got the order and it was busy. Even though the system showed the order was ready, it hadn’t been made yet. I had to tell them twice after I arrived before they finally started making my order.
