Today morning I was there , I ordered two steam tea triple triple with chai tea bag , but the girl (named aman) gave me tea without any sugar or cream like fully black . I went there again asked to my order was not this can u add sugar and milk . But she gave me cream and sugar in packet. I mixed that sugar and cream but the taste was not same . Morning time this make me so disappointed. If u did any make or forget something please make new one for costumer.

Today I received a cold and uncooked donut at this Time Hortons location.... First time this has ever happened to me in my life and I have lived in Canada for 45 years. I also had no idea what the person was saying to me at the window. I thought you needed to speak & understand English to get a job in Canada... I guess not.

Staff is very rude they don’t want to listen the customer and when I ask any staff to give something they ignore me and they said somebody else will help you and that person also keep ignoring very bad customer service worst experince.
