We had a great experience at this location. The updated restaurant and the atmosphere was great. It was clean and everyone was friendly. You could see this was a busy location but our food was fresh and hot and they were quick. I will definitely come back here.

Disappointing Experience Extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I ordered two croissants, but they completely missed them in the original order. When I let them know, instead of just fixing the mistake, they made us wait in line again and pay again only to give us just one croissant this time saying that the other croissant was already ordered and taken and they knew we were in a rush to. So not only did we pay twice, we still didn’t get what we ordered. The staff didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. Totally unacceptable service and poor management. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Tim Hortons is always a go-to for me, and in my opinion, is far superior to Dunkin Donuts. This location has very friendly and welcoming staff and is modern/up to date and clean. The service was great as they had numerous people working on all of our drinks at the same time and this wasn't even during the coffee rush time. The Double Stuf Oreo Iced Capp was incredible!
