Assistant manager REALLY disrespectful making it seem to me our fault they messed our order up 3 times in a row!!! $20 after 30 minutes & 4 tries they finally got the order correct. After lots of attitude & so much unprofessional action from the assistant manager is ridiculous! Will not be returning!

Worst tim hortons i have ever visited the tables were literally so mess there were lot of crumbs and tea spilled on the every single coffee table we thought to try this because it was renovated but i am never going to visit this again……

My experience was very verse I went to Tim hortons today at 3019 Tecumseh rd Windsor ON I went there for my door dash order when I reached there no body come to take my order there was 4 Indian girls who was listening Hindi songs very loudly and they were dancing my order was almost20 minutes late and when I asked for my order they talk very rudely and did misbehave with me please take action on them check the cameras time was about 05:35 pm please take some action on them thank you

I've truly boycotted Tim Horton s. They're prices are ridiculous & the food is never made right. This goes for all & every Tim Hortons. Since they've become part of the American food chain...they suck!!!

Staff had the store closed 15 min prior to closing and when I knocked on the door he lied straight to my face saying they have been closed for over an hour ,meanwhile there was a mother and 2 children sitting in the store. Very unprofessional and unacceptable
