Great customer service and typically I only order drinks, which are always correct! I ordered a habenero chicken bowl and unfortunately half of the lettuce was already starting to rot (note: eaten immediately, did not sit out or have time to get soggy). Thankfully I got the sauce on the side so I was able to remove the lettuce once I noticed!

Just called Tim"s customer service on this store and it's manager who in my opinion is not really concerned with getting customers orders right. In the past 2 weeks my coffee orders of 1 cream and 1 milk has been wrong 3 times.. I am a diabetic and half the time my coffee is wrong and has sugar in it.. Well this time was the last straw, I brought it back to the store and told the manager. I found him to be very rude and not at all apologetic. Sorry, buddy I paid for something I did not ask for more than once, sorry that your crew seem less than enthusiastic to be working for you. Maybe, you as the leader should show some concern and pride in your job and that would translate to better employees. And the comment you made after I received my coffee was not needed I am not saying thank you to you after getting my order wrong so many times.
