This Tim Hortons has become my absolute favorite spot, not just for the consistently great coffee and food, but for the outstanding customer service. The entire place is always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I want to give a special shout-out to one of the team members, Smriti. Her kindness and efficient service make my morning coffee run that much better. Her energy is fantastic and she provides top-notch service with a smile every single time.

This Tim Horton absolutely is terrible! Every single time we’ve gone there they always take so long to take your order and always say let me check if I have that product…it’s 8am and you’re telling me you don’t have coffee and eggs? Like come on. You go up to the window and there’s 20 employees standing around absolutely useless. Whoever is the manager should get fired or written up. To the owners of this place I encourage you to go visit this location and just look as a costumer and see what we’re talking about.
