The slowest drive through I've been through, and the staff handle the top of the cups where you drink from. Very poor hygiene practices, ive even witnessed them put their fingers inside the cup when they grab it, absolutely disgusting!!!!

I ordered a double toasted bagel and thats what I received, and then as I returned to the window, they gave me a new one and the employee asked to have the burnt one back with an extremely rude attitude!!!

Too many foreign workers, Tim Hortons is one of the big companies that is over using foreign workers to save money. Quality and care of drinks and food has went downhill dramatically.
