People working don't seem to understand how to take an order or make one it's ridiculous that's I pay money for the food I don't receive. Disgusting how this place operates now.

Not only does no one understand you when you order drive-thru excessively slow.
And I will say that my coffee is wrong 70% of the time,
I do understand it is difficult to make a double-double correctly.

My order is never right , double toasted does not mean burnt, it also does not mean raw double toasted is double toasted I’m sick and tired of waiting in a long line up then having to check and alot of times ask for a redo. This is happens to me constantly. The counter service people can be very rude and entitled it just sucks!

I usually frequent this Timmies location as it is close to home, but in the last couple of months, the wait times have quadrupled. You're in the drive thru queue for 15+ mins each time...the food and drinks taste terrible compared to what they used to taste like, not to mention with inflation, it's not worth the money, time and gas spent there anymore. Will not be returning after I received a toasted bagel when I ordered a BELT... they missed all 4 of the ingredients inside the sandwich. I drove back to get the correct order and they interrogated me at the speaker (asking what time I came, what exactly I ordered, what exactly I received upon other strange questions in between long wait times).. When I got to the window, they gave me a hard time and didn't apologize for their mistake. If I knew beforehand that this is how Tim Hortons deals with customers when THEY make a mistake... I never would have driven all the way back and just accepted a toasted bagel for $7.00. All the time, gas, and money wasted wasn't worth the hassle OR the food received. Won't be returning for anything anymore.

The worst tims ever istg they don’t know what they’re doing they all sooo unexperienced
So slow. And there is next to no glaze on any of the doughnuts with glaze. I useualy skip this tims. And remember why after i visit.
