I’m all about good customer service. The workers here are genuinely so rude. EVERYTIME I come through the drive thru the workers are giving so much attitude while taking my order, not even allowing me to finish. Or continually asking “is that everything.” After every single item I order when I only ever order 3 drinks. I came through and gave a tip to the worker since it is thanksgiving. No thank you, no sense of gratitude. As someone who has also worked not only at Tim Hortons but every type of minimum wage job. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind especially to people who are kind to you. Do better.
