In general, all Tim Hortons branches are very good But this one in Tecumseh Mall isn't.. Multiple times have happened with me, I ordered an Americano.. they gave me American coffee.. When I ask about they assist that it is an americano and it isn't, This happens in general when I order online to pick up (now).
All branches I feel comfortable except this one.. I don't trust some employees there.. Now I didn't go to this branch..anymore.. I'm sure about it, there is something wrong in this branch..

Extremely disappointed to have waited for 10 after ordering a supreme stack sandwich to the be told they don't have the meat for it. The cashier even went over and check at the counter and told me no problem when I first ordered . But then was told they just ran out of the meat. Was offered any other sandwich and when I asked what was they same price as the one I just got they told me oh it's ok I can make you any sandwich. When I asked what was a comparison of price of what I just paid they didn't know what to say.
