I stopped by this Tim Hortons recently and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The place was clean, inviting, and had a comfortable atmosphere—ideal for enjoying a coffee and taking a short break. The staff was courteous and made me feel welcome, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. I’d gladly recommend this spot to friends.

Tim Hortons should be downright ashamed of themselves for putting out something as awful as their new brown sugar cold brew latte. I just tried it and it’s absolutely vile — bitter, sickly sweet, and tastes nothing like real coffee or a proper latte. It’s basically cheap caramel syrup watered down and passed off as some fancy drink. I wouldn’t even pay ten cents for this garbage, let alone what they’re charging. This product line should be scrapped immediately. After this horrible excuse for a latte, I have no reason to ever set foot in a Tim Hortons again.

I ordered online from this Tim’s and I’m extremely disappointed. Both of my drinks tipped over in the bag. Could argue it’s the drivers fault but looks like they weren’t secured properly. Then I open my CREAM of broccoli soup to see its clear and runny. I could see the separation at the top and when I called to ask the girl had no clue what it’s supposed to look like

One of the worst and dirtiest Tim Hortons locations in Windsor. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw several flies inside the display case, swarming around the sweets and treats. The staff puts those items out for customers to buy. Most of the time, the tables are dirty, and the staff's hygiene is also lacking. I don't recommend this branch.
