What is the point of bringing my own reusable cup, only to have your staff use one of the regular cups, then pour the drink into my cup, then throw the used cup in the garbage. How does this help the environment? They’re not even recycling the used cup, just tossing it into the garbage.

Had gotten a coffee at another location and stopped here to have it replaced as it was burnt. TM had to ask supervisor if they can remake it as it's from a different store. Which supervisor said yes, replace it. Which I would have argued if they didn't as I'm an Assistant Manager in another town for Tim's.
Very pleased that this TM got confirmation before telling me no!

They did a great job and very respectful about it! Way to go...
