There's one woman who works the drive thru daily, I don't know her name but she always, always remembers to make sure my order is right, stirred (SO important!) AND she knows if I don't get 2 coffees lol.....she remembered me saying I'd regret it one day....and I did...so now, she doesn't let me forget to get that all important second one! Even if I'm questioning myself.....fabulous woman right there!

Hate everyone of them. Terrible service and worse coffee. You're way better off going to old McDonald's.EVERYONE SHOULD Boycott, all Tim Hortons, they're not even Canadian owned anymore. They have no loyalties to us.

I bought strawberry creamy chill 5:51 PM, after making it they got to know that they dont have whipped cream in the front so someone suggest to find inside room or somewhere in the store but person just wanted to complete my order and gave me by saying we are out of whipped cream. I tried to complain through helpline but they were so busy. If someone paying money then pay for the service if you cant then don't work for the renowned franchisee.
