Order accuracy terrible!! This Tim Hortons gives me original roast coffee all the time when I order dark roast . I truly dislike original roast waste of $ again!

I had a deeply concerning and unacceptable experience at this Tim Hortons location. One of the cookies I purchased contained a hard object resembling a stone, which unfortunately caused physical damage to one of my teeth.
This incident poses a serious food safety hazard, and to make matters worse, no proper response or apology was provided by the staff after I reported the issue. There was no follow-up, no investigation, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation.
For a brand like Tim Hortons, which claims to uphold high standards of quality and food safety, such negligence — both in product safety and customer service — is entirely unacceptable and potentially subject to legal action.
If no formal response or corrective action is taken regarding this incident, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through legal channels and report it to public health and food safety authorities.
I sincerely hope Tim Hortons takes this issue seriously and demonstrates the level of professionalism and accountability expected from a national food chain.

I don't know what they smoke at night, but they don't know how to take orders or what is on their menu. Go complete your training first, then take customer orders.
