Actually prefer this Tim Hortons and take bus across town before going to the one by my house. Also love the fact that the staff is so friendly The store is fairly clean for as much traffic going through it. They have my order correct. I frequent this location couple times a week and notice groups of people that do the same.Also I really love that the manager is very much a big part of the teamwork behind the counter. Always making sure everyone is working together.

I purchased a French Vanilla through the drive-through today, and was disappointed to find a hair in my beverage. This was unexpected and quite unpleasant. I would appreciate it if your team could ensure stricter hygiene measures are followed to prevent such incidents in the future. I hope this matter can be addressed so customers can continue to enjoy their drinks with confidence.

Their staff members even inside store and at drive thru don’t have manners that how to speak with customers. They don’t have respectful behaviour. Don’t waste your time to go here. Even though they don’t know how to make coffee properly.
