Really disappointed with my visit to Tim Hortons around 6 PM today. The staff were standing in the corner chatting and gossiping instead of helping customers. I waited for about 15 minutes, and even though they saw me, no one bothered to take my order or assist. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience - not what I'd expect from Tim Hortons. I have been ordering food from here every day and the staff was really helpful once I did not get the my order right because of a miscommunication and she made my order as soon as possible when using the drive thru the girl was sweet and helpful but not this time there were also 4 staff members and not even one come to get my order and also there was another guys he was waiting when I came there and still no one got his order to shame on you guys.

I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.

I ordered a chiken habanero bowl and the tomato did not taste well it was spoiled and when I approached the lady, she only told me that I was the only one they had, they did not give me another solution, I felt that I had to beg to change it or get my money back, honestly it is very sad and I will not return to this place.
Makes tea and coffee wrong pay attention to orders. You don't make a tea with cream when the customer wants 2 sugar 2 milk. NOT CREAM terrible. Same for coffee not paying attention to what youre doing. Terrible coffee terrible tea. How do you mess that up?
