Came here the other day and only asked for 4 $10 gift cards from Tim Hortons. They said they can only do 3 $10 gift cards. They said I would have to go in the store to get any more then that. When I asked why, the guy said because it’s company policy. It’s ridiculous. I went to another Tim Hortons and they did it for me no problem. I don’t get it 🤷🏼♀️

The service at this store was disgusting. I waited a very long time for a staff member to take my order, while four of them stood around the drive thru section talking and laughing. They were having a good time while I was standing around fuming. Won’t be back here again soon!

Very poor customer service order 3 items on the menu at the the speaker get attitude saying is that everything and I replied with yes than get it again get to the window and get my two items waiting for my 3rd and say I was never charged for it. And than tried to charge me again for that separate individual never will I ever be visiting this location again.

The girl with the 2 morning black coffees, that's how I'm known. While I overall kindly truly appreciate the service in the morning, I've had to several times get my food (bagel) incorrect. I usually get my bagel dry and double-toasted and this is the only way I can eat it due to my health issues. It's happening quite frequently lately and I just feel it's unfair since I'm unable to eat it. I had several chats now with the store and the same thing happens. I think this is what made me stop ordering food from Tim's: The mistakes. Please ensure to review and follow this because you are my quite favourite location locally
