Came here the other day and only asked for 4 $10 gift cards from Tim Hortons. They said they can only do 3 $10 gift cards. They said I would have to go in the store to get any more then that. When I asked why, the guy said because it’s company policy. It’s ridiculous. I went to another Tim Hortons and they did it for me no problem. I don’t get it 🤷🏼‍♀️

50 Tim bits assortment and no plain. Again to busy to listen to my orders. When I got back to the arena with the Tim bits. 1/3 plain on top. Sad

Parking: The people who work here are extremely slow and do not care about their customers. They would rather hide in the back laugh and carry on among eachother rather than taking care of paying customers

The service at this store was disgusting. I waited a very long time for a staff member to take my order, while four of them stood around the drive thru section talking and laughing. They were having a good time while I was standing around fuming. Won’t be back here again soon!

Very poor customer service order 3 items on the menu at the the speaker get attitude saying is that everything and I replied with yes than get it again get to the window and get my two items waiting for my 3rd and say I was never charged for it. And than tried to charge me again for that separate individual never will I ever be visiting this location again.

The girl with the 2 morning black coffees, that's how I'm known. While I overall kindly truly appreciate the service in the morning, I've had to several times get my food (bagel) incorrect. I usually get my bagel dry and double-toasted and this is the only way I can eat it due to my health issues. It's happening quite frequently lately and I just feel it's unfair since I'm unable to eat it. I had several chats now with the store and the same thing happens. I think this is what made me stop ordering food from Tim's: The mistakes. Please ensure to review and follow this because you are my quite favourite location locally
