Usually a good experience and great customer service, however today Wednesday, November 19th 2025 a little after 8pm. We were walking to catch the next 2 going west and saw the tims. Had around 15min to spare and make the bus still so we went in to grab some food and a coffee. Went to the counter where we were completely ignored for the next 13min not even a glance in our direction or anything said to us and no line at all, wasn't busy in the least. We had to leave for the bus and never was able to order and was ignored by both the male and female worker tonight and is not the customer service we have come to expect from tim hortons being a terrible example and making us want to travel to other tim Hortons locations instead.

Garbage service. Went in on my lunch break (30mins), waited over 20 mins for a wrap that i never got. They served 7 wraps/sandwiches ordered after mine first. When i said i have to leave for work and need my money back, still couldnt complete the wrap for some reason 20 mins later, they gave me a hard time and attitude. Lazy workers, 5 of them standing around looking confused. Wasted my lunch break and they were sold out of almost all baked good. Also very unclean and offered no sort of reimbersment for wasting my time.

The most run down tim hortons. The staff seems like they dont care, broken window with cardboard barely covering it. Their oven seems to always need to be cleaned. Yesterday I got a BLT because their oven was down. I got 1 piece of bacon one piece of lettuce and one tomato. I wish their owner cared about how their location was operating. 2/10. Also they constantly give me my black coffee without a sleeve.

I don't know if they just gave me a coffee that'd been sitting out, but my drip coffee (which should be hot) this morning was cold. And absolutely undrinkable. If I hadn't already driven away, I would have returned and demanded a new drink, because I didn't know drip coffee even could be messed up.
