This location had a full menu displayed. At 3am, this was the ONLY place open in Casino Windsor. When placing my order, I was told they only had “cheese flatbread or club sandwich, no donuts”. What a disgrace. After waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes, studying the mouth watering menu … nothing or nothing? Sad … Don’t waste your time! The overpriced food was stale and greasy; complete money grab!!!

I visit this Tim's every day when I visit the casino. Several of the ladies know my order and it's ready as soon as I step up! Today I got to witness their pleasant demeanor even when an abusive customer berated them and threw food at them. They served me afterwards with their usual friendly smiles.

Absolute garbage... Bacon belt has 1 slice of undercooked bacon cut up twice so they call it 3 pieces! What a joke. Why dont you call it the Lettuce /tomatoe belt cause thats loaded with that... Staff could care less

Just wanted to thank everyone for welcoming me when I come to Windsor and for being so amazing and knowing my order and everyone working there are so happy so friendly and my favorite place with such a wonderful team and first thing I like to do when I come to Windsor is go to my favorite store Tim Hortons and say hi to everyone and I was very happy to meet Nicky the owner of the store.. This store always make me happy it doesn't matter how long I have to wait in line 😃 I can't wait to be back again. You guys Rock !!!! Its My Happy Place 😊
