Unprofessional staff, don’t know how to treat their customers. Couldn’t care less, serving old and cold coffee most of the time. Lately it is getting very bad.

Food is fine, it’s a Tim Horton’s after all, but the service, and speed… by god, I’d give no stars if I could. Workers here seem absolutely incompetent no matter who is on shift, I am constantly waiting about 15/20 minutes for my order even if I’m the only one in the store…

I ordered on the app saying to prepare it in 20 minutes. The app said they are preparing my order and should be finished around 3:19, when I get there at 3:40 they made me wait 20 minutes for the food and an extra 10 minutes in line.

We ordered from the mobile app almost every single day and I'm willing to wait the almost 10 minutes for a coffee and a donut, even though the coffee is placed on the mobile app and they usually don't get the condiment part correct until I had to go in there and physically show her the receipt she gave me and what she gave me were different! I hear people this site verbally upset and dismay with the quality and the extended extended length of time for simple orders as they leave the premises to their cars. Perhaps you need to hire more staff if able or have someone with experience at a location where you're independent and pay them more!
This Tim Hortons is awful. 10 minutes for a sandwich, they sold me a tea and after I paid told me they didn't have it and I had to ask for the second teabag that comes with a large tea.

The sausage farmers wrap is always a killer go to breakfast item! The bagels are always fresh and the coffee is fresher! The young man that works there is very polite and accurate!

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. I watched the girl take the last bagel from bin that was already cut in half and burnt from toasting. Put at bottom of toaster to slightly warm. Spread cream cheese and handed to me. Never again.
