It sucks every time I go they mess up the order so l always have to go back and get what l ordered right plus some of them don't give you your right amount of change either

English muffin was a little cold, but the decaf was great. Hope they add an iced version!
Extremely disappointed with this location. I saw a big fly sitting on a doughnut in the display case and politely told the worker — but instead of addressing the issue seriously, he was rude and just picked up only that one doughnut with a tissue, leaving the rest in the same case like nothing happened. This is not just a serious food safety issue but also shows a lack of proper hygiene practices and disrespectful customer service. I even have a video as proof. I hope Tim Hortons looks into this and trains their staff better.

I’m really disappointed to say this isn’t the first time I’ve found eggshells in my Sausage and egg English muffins from Tim Hortons. It’s incredibly off-putting to bite into food and feel that crunch that shouldn’t be there. I expect better quality control, especially from a major chain. This kind of careless preparation is unacceptable. Please do better.

I ordered a sausage BELT and was told they didn't have any sausage ready so I agreed to bacon. I received a sub buns with bacon mayo and lettuce. I returned and re ordered a BELT with bacon on a sesame bagel and I received a BELT on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Help these poor people!

I went to this tim hortons today. Ordered the Boston Cream Donut which was looking very pretty. So I asked about who made it. The girl named Rutwa is making very nice Donuts. Must visit this tim for that donut.
