The staff was very rude, i ordered a hot latte and they made the same coffee cold, when i asked about it they rudely said this is what you ordered- even when i had the bill say otherwise. I was not looking for a replacement but atleast they could have handled it properly. And this is what i got for my bagel with peanut butter
