They work slow and lazy , you have to check your order because they know better what you want to eat. If you go inside the restaurant you better take a sandwich from home you may get hungry while waiting for your order.

Great coffee.((** I only got a coffee.))Wish the breakfast wrap was available all the time (all day not stopping at 4:00 to 4:30pm). I wanted the breakfast wrap but it was past the time it was available.***SATURDAY MAY 18TH around 3pm. Food was great. But lady gave me donut instead of hashbrown since was going to be over 10 minutes to get done. Was there on time before 4pm too. ****Need more hashbrowns readily available.

I came in after work, and am standing in the line waiting to be served, watching one of the staff make smile cookies on one of the tables in the seating area with no hair net, while customers are seated around the area. No cover on the food product being produced. As someone who worked in the food service industry for years, the staff at this location is in SEVERE need of retraining, and to be taught proper food preparation techniques, also the front counter service times are absolutely terrible. I have currently been waiting 15 minutes in line with only 3 customers ahead of me. There are several staff in the back focused on the drive through, and neglecting to serve patrons at the front counter. There is absolutely ZERO reason a customer should take more than several minutes to get served a simple sandwich, or a simple beverage. Beyond horrible service times for patrons at the front counter. The drive through should absolutely not have several people working on it, and if the staff cannot perform their duties efficiently then they should be let go, and more efficient workers should be hired. As per that issue, the employees constantly tell customers that management forces them to focus on drive through. I have seen more than several complaint about this, so if the issue is not addressed I will record the issues with the restaurant, and report it to the tim hortons headquarters. Also food should NEVER be made in the public seating area.

Just now went for a coffee before work in drive thru. We used to be greeted by lady before, she was great. Today there was a guy, pretty slow and they always have an answer back at you, because you are an indian too and you don’t deserve to get served the same as a canadian, duh. I was in the line almost like 15-20 mins. The drive-thru guy kept going back and forth for one-one thing. When my turn came, he didn’t have a right coffee in hand. I told him, “can you please do it a bit faster, i am really getting late”, his answer, “we are getting late too”. for what??? you are getting late for what exactly? So freaking rude, cannot make your morning and you don’t even have a coffee now. I am never coming back.

Terrible service this morning. I usually don't do this but waiting for 30 minutes for a coffee and breakfast sandwich is unacceptable, especially when I did all the work (mobile order) walked to pick it up and still waited!!! ?

I paid 17$ it includes 2 crispy chicken cravables and she put some different sause in it, i request her to put the regular sause but she refuse to do that, thats really sad because i have paid alot and at the end it just got waste. I dont appreciate this at all.

Very clean place. Always friendly service. Lots of staff. The dine in is kind of small but nice. They have pizza here but the price is a little high I think, almost $10 for one.Wheelchair accessibility: I could take someone in a wheelchair there easy.

Yet another horrible experience she had her whole hand inside my cup!If I could give negative stars, I would! Service is horrible! Staff is ignorant. Food is very poorly made. Now something new, they lock there doors and only serve drive through after 10 when they're supposed to be open 24 hours as advertised on Google. So because I don't drive, I am no longer welcome at your establishment? OUTRAGEOUS!!!
