The staff at this Tim Hortons were not friendly and showed no concern for daily customer complaints. They don’t seem to care about the money spent by customers or the quality of service provided. In the morning, they served coffee that was only mildly hot, despite complaints about its temperature. Even after addressing the issue multiple times, they failed to prioritize customer feedback. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited.

This location was awesome! The staff working on 11/20 were so bubbly and kind! The food and coffee were great and the location was very clean inside.

Food and service team is great but there is a major problem with the location:
There is a lady that comes after school and occupies from 3 to 4 tables and around 10 chairs to do her teaching schooling business. Not consuming even a small coffee and leaving customers that want to dine in with no space at all to sit. She keeps switching from table to table to monitor her students
The management on site needs to have this addressed immediately since no one will use the walk in.

Ordered and paid on the app 30 minutes before pickup, only to arrive and be told they have none of the items available. Was given a refund in all quarters. Appalling service.

Dine in soup and sandwich prepare for a long wait while they prepare it. The one person pouring soup was chomping gum. Plopping bags on the counter and walking away was the other persons job. We didn’t know if it was even ours but we were ignored. Apparently we must have bothered them by placing an order because the attitude was unreal. After sitting down we noticed other customers getting the same attitude and service. Made some friends because of this.

Ordered a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich, paid for it then after a 10 minute wait, they tell me that they don't have any bacon. Do I want my sandwich without bacon or wait a while til they cook more ( it would be a while) I ended up just asking for a refund. No apology, nothing. Not very good customer service!

Waited in the store for over 10 minutes for one bagel. When I received it, it wasn't even toasted. Completely soggy. Even at your busiest, there's no excuse for either.

The young lady in the drive thru in the morning pisses me off every visit. Gives me half my order trying to send me on my way and then when I ask for the rest she just marches away and shoves it out at me.

Bad customer service by one of the female workers. her friend came through the drive thru, didn’t order anything just so they can talk and they kept laughing and holding up the line. i seen them showing each other their nails 😂😂
