I used to go to this Timmy's for lunch when I worked afternoons. Unfortunately they kept running out out ingredients like rice, chicken, etc. Wasn't once, it was several times. I couldn't order what I wanted, so I stopped going there. Used to come here for coffee, the price keeps going up and coffee just doesn't taste as good as it used to. Now I make my own or go to McDonald's. Used to go here for breakfast. One week they got my order wrong, it was right on the display board. The speakers are terrible, I can hardly hear the cashier. Next week they threw the hash browns in a bag without the sleeve. Never realised how greasy they were until I saw it soak through the bag.
No I'm not filling out a form for the Guest Care team. There are better options.

These two staff are always smiling always cheerful and always on top of making sure your order is correct! They definitely always start my day on the right note.
