I recently got my bike stolen from the store, i was legit in there for 2 mins. I am a regular here and the reason i love the people here are their support and customer service. Employees ran after the theif and Rebekah helped me getting the footage too. They are very supportive and helpful. If it wasnt for them i would not be able to provide the description of the theif to the police. Quality of the product is great and they never mess up my order. Paula, Rebekah, Mya and among other people is the reason Tim Horton spirit is still there and thats why I keep coming to this location every day.

How do you expect return customers when you have 1 person running both front counter and drive thru? I had to wait 10 min before I was helped as the employee ignore the front and focused on 4 drive thru vehicles. There was 1 in the drive thru when I arrived.

They never have any of the baked good in the morning. The muffins or doughnuts I ask for are ALWAYS out. I work right around the corner and will no longer be ordering from here. Starbucks always has their stuff stocked.

This has to be the most insane experience of my life. Everytime you go through the drive thru they have NOTHING you want . Bacon? Don’t have it. Hash brown ? Don’t have it. Farmers wrap? No egg. But today takes the cake . We ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and THIS is what we got….
