Made a simple order of two Lattes, they forgot the order by the time I got to the drive through and tried to throw a Bagel at me instead. When they finally gave it to us one of them was ice cold and not even a latte.

Usually they make my coffee good , but new worker everyday, they made my coffee so bad and I asked for half milk and half sugar they put cream and sweetener for my dark roast coffee very disappointed

This place had renovated recently, looks slick. Bought a large coffee and wrap today, it was amazing. The manager Vishwa greeted me before ordering, which is rare nowadays, and she was nice and courteous. Clean place and fast service, much better than other Tims. Keep it up!

Just had a medium double double, visited the place after the Innovation and it looks great, great ambience and atmosphybut how about improving the service experyas well! I am an Indian, just being honest here the Indian lady working at here ain't moving for an hour. It took her 7 minutes to make a single normal drink just a lazy free loader working like a snail while other local lady was so nice and she understood my concern and tried to acknowledge her that I have been too long for a single drink.
