Waited 10 minutes completely ignored. People coming in from drive through complaining their order was screwed up. Parking is horrible . It was dirty . 2 people working , they were rude .

This is a busy Time Hortons that doesn't have enough professional staff to create a consistent experience.
I've had incorrect orders, long waits, rude staff and the place looks dirty.
These constant bad experiences finally led me to a review

I go here every weekend because other one I go to seems to be useless on weekends....anyways 2 weekends in a row I had to send sandwich back to be remade because the one making them at time don't seem to know how to read properly....breakfast sandwich double toasted...how hard is that...one day I caught her before she put together and seemingly had attitude about it...this weekend something..only I check and good thing to because I had her remake it...gave me attitude seemingly...then it seemed like she never touched it and gave it back...went to car this time and checked..low and behold same damn thing...I went back in ready to throw it...3rd time was a charm...went this morning same person.. actually did it right however soggy as hell...this is not the first time I've had soggy sandwiches....tell employees to change gloves every order it's not hard...I'm ready to go to McDonald's for sandwiches in weekends because of this crap....how hard is it to change gloves..they are not that expensive and a restaurant chain like that should be able to afford more than one pair of gloves per employee...not sanitary to use same gloves over and over again for multiple orders..maybe time for visit from health and safety..in other words owner and management should know better...I mean how many of ur employees have food safety cert. probably noone...you would think a big corporation like timmies it would mandatory....I guess not.....another update....1/19/25....went this morning for usual coffee and breakfast I get everyday....mind u j go to this one on weekends... usually always same person on toaster side....I caught her this time barely toasted sandwich and put it together....gave to me...I'm thinking ok..but I'll check anyway...she tried to hide sandwich with ketchup packets probably thinking I wouldn't check it...I've gotten into habit of checking because of past experiences....I put it up on window and she asked...I said double toasted...I'm here every weekend ffs....I really feel like Ravi should be there more often and run that store....seems to be only one capable to do so.....I'm going to different store next weekend....sorry...not sorry....just tired of staff not knowing how to read screen when computer was properly written....wow...unreal....first it's not changing gloves ......now can't read screen ...see ya...

So disgusting I see insect in my cup of coffee and the curry smell in my cup and so f dirty I try to buy again and same thing zero service zero clean no more Tim Horton in my life do dirty employees

I was the only one in drive through ordered small coffee took literally 6 minutes. Was looking through the window the workers just talking to each other laughing not making my coffee for 5 minutes. Gave me my coffee dripping on the worker hands soaked . Just disgusting . They never say hi or thank you . All locations are same now . Take ur business to mcdonlads or starbucks they are more Canadian still
