Last time there, today,service was extremely slow...maybe short staffed? About 11:30 AM They seem to give priority to drive thru but not to people who would just to like to sit down, relax and have a coffee.

Mike and Danielle are your best team members, never miss a beat. I will pass other locations to come here for 2 reasons, 1 all other locations seem to have poor service skills, and 2 knowing it will be accurate, they ( mike and danielle) always do the order without issues, they provide great service, they are efficient.

Your weekend staff however needs to get retrained on proper food handling, and educated further, ie learning to butter both sides and the entire...

I got two orders with delivery recently from this location, and I see a positive change. Vanilla lattes made with care and milk foam on top !!
I had a bad experience with different locations of Tim Horton for a long time (delivery) because of inaccurate items and terrible conditions of lattes. Always wondered if managers were watching their workers.
I'm happy to discover this location for more orders. Thanks
