Probably the worst run Tim Hortons franchise I’ve ever frequented, and I’ll tell you why!! Employees who don’t care or have been told that they are solely on “cash” usually two persons and only one that is serving the drinks. Huge lineup all the time. Doesn’t matter what day of the week or time period. Mostly the wait is for your order and not to take the order. It sadly is one of the poorest run/managed businesses at Devonshire mall. Hopefully feedback like this will bring change!!

This has to be the slowest Tim Hortons around! It’s approximately 2 pm on a Tuesday. The mall is empty, yet it still takes almost 10 minutes to get two regular coffees. No food, no donuts, just coffee. Ridiculous!!! It happens every time at this location. There is something wrong with the system here when serving customers.

Service could be improved. Huffing and making a comment out loud about an order with more than 10 minutes before the mall closes wasn’t appreciated. Not able to order potato wedges as in her huff she said it wasn’t possible in that timeframe?

Best Tim Hortons in Windsor hands down. Unlike most Tim's in Windsor, and I am a huge Timmies fanatic. All Employees from Manager to servers care. Courteous, pleasant and professional and our orders are always correct.

I had a mobile order which includes an iced cap and a crispy chicken bacon wrap, I was there for 25minutes, they only gave me the drink. My wrap was ready for a very long time, but they didn’t let me know, just put the wrap behind the table. When I asked about my wrap, they passed it from the table. Super bad experience, never come back. This is the worst Tim Horton I’ve ever experienced.
