Tim Hortons was very busy on boxing day, the service was slow and I had to wait almost an hour to get my food. There was probably only 1 cook when I ordered my food and there was a lot of people waiting up to a hour to get their order too. Due to the overcrowding of the order pickup area, I was overwhelmed and felt like fainting any second because I was standing for so long.

Tim Horton's is always the busiest food and beverage place at the mall. However, no matter how long the line is, or how busy, I can always depend on Anna! She is professional and courteous. I know my order will be correct when she is working. She does a great job!

I have never experienced a team at a time Hortons so disorganized. Not only did we have to wait almost 12 minutes for our 4 beverages but no less then 8 people who ordered after us were served before us. No apologies or communication as to why. This team needs training in proper customer service.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after getting the wrong order for the fourth time, I feel compelled to rate. The guy who takes the orders consistently messes them up. This time, when I pointed it out, the lady working in the back was very rude. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she blamed me for giving the wrong order, which I absolutely did not as its my regular. She told me to wait until she served 4–5 other customers before fixing it, and then handed me my coffee with attitude. No apology, no courtesy. Just plain disrespectful service.
Mall food court is great environment. But the speed at this Timmies is slow. They do seem to work hard but either the volume is too high or they are not paying attention when the volume is low
