Terrible service at this Tim Hortons. I was there just to grab a coffee, but ended up standing around for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. Three staff members were working, all focused on the drive-thru, and not one of them even said, 'You have to wait,' or anything. They looked right at me but kept ignoring me. This has happened twice over the last few weeks. Unacceptable!

There's this brother I know he's been in Canada for 2 days so he has no job yet he went to this branch, he got on him $5 he asked the lady if she can help him because he have only 5$ And he was so hungry the lady told him I can get you a small French vanilla and two Timbits for 5$ he felt so humiliated he told me if were a dog asking for food she would have helped me
like seriously a bagel or a croissant and small drink how much it will cost this branch shame on this lady

Sit down area was very clean and well tended. Day time visit… staff were very attentive and friendly. Easy location to get into with car and central. I didn’t use the drive through this visit but I have several times in the past an it’s been fast and accurate with my order every time.

Extremely RUDE Employees! Wouldn’t even try and sort a problem! The employees answer was “my pay level is too low to address your problem!” I was trying to pick up my order. I was at the til and I said I was here to pick up my too good to go order. I swiped pick up while next in line. She completely refused to give me saying she physically dint see me swipe. I even opened my bank app to show her I paid. Showed her confirmation from the app too. She dint even try and address the problem- I even asked her : are you going to actually throw the box out? - she just turned her face! Very unhelpful.

Terrible Tim’s !!! They always serve cold drinks (teas hot choc coffee always cold) they barely put bacon when you ask and just bad service overall avoid this

The washrooms are filthy and the customer service was terrible. nobody put their heads off. I sat at the counter for 2 minutes waiting. And they were barely any customers in the dining room or any cars in the drive through. This is ridiculous

There was only one person serving all the customers. This person received and prepared all orders. Therefore, everyone had to wait for full service. Ridiculous.We occupied a table that was completely uneven, wobbling more than 1 centimeter. We had to change tables.

I got the jalapeño pastry. Would rate it a solid 8.1/10. It would’ve been a 10 if it was a tad bit more spicy and the cheese wasn’t all dumped on to one part in the middle. Overall solid. And my friend got a free quencher.

Just pathetic, she was so in a hurry to say have a good day (part of the script nothing more), she literally gave me my drink with coffee spilling outside. And then they say so many indians are working in Tim Hortons, it's because your people don't know how to serve the customer properly!!!

March 30, 2023. I was in the Tim Hortons at Walker Road near the hungry wolf at 6:34am for 14 minutes so when I finally made it to the window the girl said they were short staffed . I wonder if the manager went in to help? First thing in the morning is usually when people are there just before they go to work. I have my morning timed out perfectly. So I just slid into work last minute but I have to wonder how many people were late? Tim Hortons Please hire more peopleRant done
