Wish I could put 0 stars, They have gotten my order wrong a few times now, most recently giving me a lazily wrapped bacon farmer's wrap when I asked for a sausage farmer's wrap. Didnt even wrap the actual wrap itself right, it fell apart right in my hands. I understand this is a campus food restaurant but I genuinely dislike going here strongly, if the second floor tims opened earlier in the morning I'd be going there instead.
Not only do they make their food poorly but waiting as long as I do everytime I go here is absurd. for the amount of orders they have, I've seencthe employees try to make wraps like its the most complicated thing in the world, and I know they aren't new because I see them everytime I pass by.

After 3 years at the college and now coming back. The services have gotten worse. The second floor Tim's aren't even prepared to fully open. This has happened on several occasions. It appears the workers are coming in late, unprepared to start, talking to each other, or standing around.

I’ve been here multiple times for lunch, I wait in a long line because apparently only the upper floor Tims does lunch and the lower level does breakfast. Then I find out they don’t do lunch until 11:15AM. Every time I’ve been here I practically go through the entire menu before they tell me they have that food or drink item. No joke the past two times I’ve been here I’ve gone through three different items before they tell me that they have that. They didn’t have straws at all the one time. They’re always either out of something or it seems they have it on the menu but don’t offer it. Like I asked twice if they ever have soup or if it’s not something they carry so I can stop asking for it and it’s vague answers every time. I asked last time and had to rephrase my question multiple ways to clarify that soup was on the lunch menu but just not offered at that time because it wasn’t lunch. This time I ask and he says they don’t have it but I tried to clarify if they ever do and got another vague answer idc to try rephrasing my question for again. Honestly the worst Tims location I’ve ever been to where EVERY time I’ve gone it’s been one problem or another. I’ve given it more chances because I assumed that it was new hires for the start of the semester but it’s been WEEKS of this.

You must hire people who are quick everyone gotta wait for an hour for a single thing

Quick and accurate service is incredible value and tasty food. Many places have overboard dirty tasting coffee, but here was much better. Maybe perhaps the machine was cleaned recently, but what a treat.

Unfortunately every time I get a bagel with cream cheese it comes with barely any of cheese, so today I decided to go back and tell them about it and they did make new ones but it was the same like they don’t really care or understand. I worked in Tim’s restaurants before and we’d never serve a bagel like this. Very disappointed.
