After 3 years at the college and now coming back. The services have gotten worse. The second floor Tim's aren't even prepared to fully open. This has happened on several occasions. It appears the workers are coming in late, unprepared to start, talking to each other, or standing around.

I’ve been here multiple times for lunch, I wait in a long line because apparently only the upper floor Tims does lunch and the lower level does breakfast. Then I find out they don’t do lunch until 11:15AM. Every time I’ve been here I practically go through the entire menu before they tell me they have that food or drink item. No joke the past two times I’ve been here I’ve gone through three different items before they tell me that they have that. They didn’t have straws at all the one time. They’re always either out of something or it seems they have it on the menu but don’t offer it. Like I asked twice if they ever have soup or if it’s not something they carry so I can stop asking for it and it’s vague answers every time. I asked last time and had to rephrase my question multiple ways to clarify that soup was on the lunch menu but just not offered at that time because it wasn’t lunch. This time I ask and he says they don’t have it but I tried to clarify if they ever do and got another vague answer idc to try rephrasing my question for again. Honestly the worst Tims location I’ve ever been to where EVERY time I’ve gone it’s been one problem or another. I’ve given it more chances because I assumed that it was new hires for the start of the semester but it’s been WEEKS of this.

You must hire people who are quick everyone gotta wait for an hour for a single thing
Quick and accurate service is incredible value and tasty food. Many places have overboard dirty tasting coffee, but here was much better. Maybe perhaps the machine was cleaned recently, but what a treat.

Unfortunately every time I get a bagel with cream cheese it comes with barely any of cheese, so today I decided to go back and tell them about it and they did make new ones but it was the same like they don’t really care or understand. I worked in Tim’s restaurants before and we’d never serve a bagel like this. Very disappointed.

Horrible Staff and Service, people working there are not able to understand nor speak English fluently. They always mess up with the orders. Most of the time we have to stand in a long queue and in the end they don't serve the coffee you want. Better use a announcement board and mention that you don't have that coffee so that people save their time instead of standing in long lines.

I ordered a crispy chicken craveable. She put a wrap into the computer and i told her that it was the craveable that i wanted not the wrap. Then i asked what sauce it comes with because the last few times i ordered they gave me the wrong one. The lady told me it comes with the orange sauce, lettuce, chicken, and telera bun. When i recieved my order i got mayo, lettuce, tomato, chicken, and telera bun. This is getting rediculous every single time ive ordered this they have made it wrong in one way or another.

Horrible customer service, Absolutely terrible, employees are rude and actively roll their eyes at you while ordering. Not to mention the stock is absolutely terrible, every day since september 3rd i’ve asked for an iced coffee or iced latte and everyday they respond with “we have no ice” when i ask them to explain (considering ice is frozen water and an iced coffee is frozen water and coffee) they just reply “we have no ice can’t make anything cold other than an ice capp” first of all how is that even possible? second of all no one has fixed this? why? managers/ owners should be responsible for educating the employees on how to make iced coffees and iced lattes while also ensuring there is ENOUGH stock for these types of things. this is extremely disappointing and unbelievable. this is a tim hortons. a coffee brand KNOWN for their coffee but can’t serve any sort of iced coffee or latte
