Horrible Staff and Service, people working there are not able to understand nor speak English fluently. They always mess up with the orders. Most of the time we have to stand in a long queue and in the end they don't serve the coffee you want. Better use a announcement board and mention that you don't have that coffee so that people save their time instead of standing in long lines.

I ordered a crispy chicken craveable. She put a wrap into the computer and i told her that it was the craveable that i wanted not the wrap. Then i asked what sauce it comes with because the last few times i ordered they gave me the wrong one. The lady told me it comes with the orange sauce, lettuce, chicken, and telera bun. When i recieved my order i got mayo, lettuce, tomato, chicken, and telera bun. This is getting rediculous every single time ive ordered this they have made it wrong in one way or another.

Too much wait as the newly hired staff is too slow to prepare a single order even I had to wait for 30 mins in cue to place my order

Horrible customer service, Absolutely terrible, employees are rude and actively roll their eyes at you while ordering. Not to mention the stock is absolutely terrible, every day since september 3rd i’ve asked for an iced coffee or iced latte and everyday they respond with “we have no ice” when i ask them to explain (considering ice is frozen water and an iced coffee is frozen water and coffee) they just reply “we have no ice can’t make anything cold other than an ice capp” first of all how is that even possible? second of all no one has fixed this? why? managers/ owners should be responsible for educating the employees on how to make iced coffees and iced lattes while also ensuring there is ENOUGH stock for these types of things. this is extremely disappointing and unbelievable. this is a tim hortons. a coffee brand KNOWN for their coffee but can’t serve any sort of iced coffee or latte

Waiting is too long, two tims and none of their service is good ,have to wait for 20 mints for no reason. Unprofessional and slow service every time even they have 8 people working here !!

I didn't think it was possible to have diarrhea and constipation at the same time but here I am. Don't get the loaded wraps. The drinks are fine though. Usually.

Worst customer service, rude and unprofessional staff. Thank you for ruining my day. Well, today I went tim hortons(Downstairs)around 11:30am, I ordered plain croissant with hash brown with chipotle and herbal cheese garlic in it, I was waiting on customer pickup side for my food. After waiting for around 10 minutes, i received my coffee+ muffin only with no food and I waited for the coffee for another five minutes and asked one of their employees about my order and she said that she gave my food to someone else like how is it possible and asked me do you have the receipt( not given to me). She said she can’t do anything about it and i again said her you guys have not given me the receipt and asked for it in the first place so how i am going to provide it, she replied in the very disrespectful behaviour ‘THAT’S NOT OUR PROBLEM’ you have to pay again if you need that. She was very rude, impolite and provocative at that moment.So i paid again for the food, i don’t feel that bad for paying twice as much as with their staff behaviour. She was Indian girl. I am so upset about this.

there are two in st clair college main campus anyway, too bad we didn't have enough options. This might be the best option since there aren't many good restaurants on this campus. It is very pleasant to drink coffee and look at the scenery here.

terrible customer service one time i even recieved a expired soda and had to tell them that i should not have to the staff should be checking everyday instead . i cant believe this we need better eats on campus. not okay.

Worst tim Hortons they never have thing we want. One the worst tim hortan in my life and staff is worse as well.

Easy place to have good time with fresh coffee...As they says,"Always Fresh".??
