I’m extremely disappointed with the hot chocolates I purchased from Tim Hortons on Walker Road. They tasted like nothing more than hot water with a faint hint of chocolate. Both cups were completely bland and lacked the rich, creamy flavor you’d expect from a proper hot chocolate. It felt like no effort was put into making them. A waste of money and definitely not what I was looking forward to. Will think twice before ordering again from this location!

Just stopped for a coffee at your location and while waiting for my order watched a fellow icing cookies. He did not have gloves on and was using his finger to press down on the cookie and using a piping bag to place icing in the indentation he made with his finger. Very disturbing , this is how germs get spread.

Wow! Just got ripped off by this Tim's. I paid for an XL French Vanilla ($3.77 after tax) and the cup was only 70% full - what you would expect from a Medium cup. Windsor needs a "Beekeeper" to sort all the rip offs that ate happening here. If you decide to go to this Tim's, stop wasting time looking at the menu or the surrounding (don't get distracted, especially if you go in with others). Pay attention to what they're hiding under the lid! I was wondering why that guy was saying, "Yes sir, sure sir." I was like what's up with this new nice attitude? Sure enough, the jibbed me on the amount of coffee I deserved. So many unethical people running businesses trying to rip people off to have the good life while others have genuinely worked hard for their money. Since the Immigrant personalities have sunk in customer service has hone out the door!!! 30 years of Tim's fan... this is what happens... like I said, Wow!

Stopped by at 9:30 PM on a Wednesday night before a midnight shift to be told there was no hot food available. Went two days later and there was a huge lineup at the drive thru. Waited 3 minutes for anyone to so much as look my direction at the service counter inside. After which their debit machine started putting 2 digits in for every 1 press of the button. Worst Tim Hortons in Windsor and THAT'S saying something. I'll never be back.

I was there about 40 minutes ago.. my husband and I stopped at Tim’s after work and picking up our children from daycare. This young woman took our order. Our order was $20.60 and we unfortunately didn’t have 60 cents as we paid with cash but without hesitation told us it was okay even tho my husband was trying to pay the remaining balance! Then we had to wait to for our wraps and in the mean time she came over with some timbits for our boys (2 years old) and it was the sweetest thing. My boys were super excited and thankful. As she gave us our food she handed us another few timbits and told us to have a great day. Honestly this woman has a great heart and I’m glad we were able to experience the sunshine she puts out into the world. Sometimes little things go a long way and I appreciate her very much

Canadian tims are vastly superior to the states .. it's like I never want another Tim's unless it's in Canada ?? lol any they have Tim's dog toys ? whaaaaat amazing !!!

We get bagel everyday. Last 3 weeks they suck. Extremely light cream cheese. To the point of hardly any. We pay a premium price for what? Very uneducated people working there. If I have to order extra cream cheese. You shouldn’t be serving bagels at all. Let’s not mention coffees. Good grief. How is it possible to screw up so many coffees for so long. Same order every day. Do they get trained at all?
