The worst one in Windsor, i gave many chances but always not happy, one off the employ was an Indian lady she act very weird try to show me her bad attitude, she has to understand in Canada customer service has to be first, if you can’t work this job give your place to other one they can do it better than you. Never tried also coffee was burned. If i can put zero star i would

Had a terrible experience at the Tim Horton’s drive through at Howard and Grand Marais. Fatimah was very argumentative and she gave us a flavour of timbits we asked to not have. She kept arguing about the peach quencher, even though she was completely wrong, it was lemonade and yellow in colour, when we clearly asked for a peach quencher, which is orange and has peach flavour! She did not know what she was talking about, we have ordered that drink for many years! Never go to this location!

Hire people that actually know customer service and social norms.... I order something and pay for it.. only to be told its not available. Then they try to substitute and make the wrap with whatever random stuff they had. Then I get eye rolling after I say forget it. What a joke Tim Hortons has become. Nail in the coffin, never again!
