Today dec 14 I was picking my coffee from tim hortons drive through at 2854 howard location in windsor ontario At the drive through I placed my order the employee couldn’t hear me i asked for a large half cream with a sleeve she said oh with sweetner so i had to raise my voice and i said nooo half cream with a sleeve plz. I wait for few minutes for her to answer me she doesn’t so i just drive to the window then she’s like WHY ARE YOU SO RUDE Omg I flipped i then seriously started screaming how can you accuse me with being rude if didn’t even see my face i said i had to raise my voice because u didn’t hear me I asked her to Give me. Manager she I am the manager her name is RAJVEEL

One day I come there and ask for washroom access and one of the team member may be she is a baker her name is ramandeep , she immediately give me a access, she was very polite and immediately leave her work for me 😊

I ordered a farmer’s wrap without sausage i asked 5 times and i took a bite and ended up receiving sausage, they didn’t respect me either took forever to make and gave me the wrong chai double double there was no milk inside i am furious with their customer service and its not acceptable i spent 15 dollars on a meal and got to eat none of it the only thing that was made decent was my ice cap but even then it was barely filled up all the way, just unacceptable.
For me, bad service. What I got was a cake with cream cheese, but without cheese, just a cake.

ordered a couple of things because I wanted to sit somewhere while killing time between two shifts. order was decently prepared and was good which I liked but this was first time I've ever had to pay money to get some tap water even though I ordered food beforehand which was really awkward since it doesn't really cost anything to offer someone some water during this host evening.
