The person at the front counter had no idea what she was doing. We had to repeat ourself 3 times to get our order correct. The worst of it is they tried to serve us expired milk coffee. We watch her pour in the chunky milk and she kept telling us it was fine and just cold. We refused and they gave us a refund. The entire store needs more training on what expired milk looks like, and to not argue with costumers that watched it being made. Will never go to this one again. They were horrible.

I ordered 3 medium coffees and the drive thru worker gave me a small and he ended up giving me 9 timbits instead of 10 witch were dry and ones I wouldn’t even feed my dog or my worst enemy service was garbage I was being ignored by the driver thru worker everytime I said did u get my order he didn’t reply and when I pulled up to the window he was being extremely rude this type of attitude at work is unacceptable and Tim’s should really be aware who they hire this was around 7:00PM TODAY Monday July, 14
