Today marks the 3rd time my order was wrong Went got coffee & tea drove home theyre was no suger in them and they handed out dark roast when it wasnt even ordered had to waste my time and drive all the way back for the girl too tell me they didnt change the suger this morning & handed the old drinks back what a waste of time cant even get a coffe right !

To many people taking on the speaker at once. Had to repeat at least 5 times, very disorganized. One person said over the speaker "well I'm off so you guys can take it" came across a little rude and didnt need to be anonced over the speker. Then we had to restart the order because the rest weren't listening the first time. Order was still wrong at the window and had to wait for the drink to be re made. This kind of thing has been a common ocurance across the franchise lately. When I worked for the company it wasn't this bad.

As I drove into the drive thru and ordered my farmers wrap, I had expected to be met with a nice voice but the lady on the speaker was very very rude. When I drove up to the window she was speaking to other customers the same way, even condescending. Then when I got my wrap there was barely any sauce in it, and I became very disappointed. Service and quality is not good in the morning at this tims and I wish it was a better experience. 07/31/24
Sometimes they forget my extra bag of orange pekoe , sometimes they forget about extra cheese.....I don't know I keep not getting for what I pay here .

At approximately 1130, I was in the bathroom dealing with an ongoing medical condition (Chron's Disease) I've had for a few years now. Virginia (a big mouth employee) rudely banged on the door twice asking me to leave because she had to "clean the bathroom". Obviously, I understand that they need to be taken care of, and I greatly appreciate this. However, her lack of respect, rude comments, and blatant disregard for others (even after I informed her of my disease), is not what Tim Horton's is alll about. This location has wonderful employees, but this one bad apple has not only spoiled the bushel, but has obliterated it !!!
