So disappointed with morning service. There’s 3 people sitting on drive thru doing nothing. 1 person at front counter doing everything. Service is slow. There’s no communication. Very annoying.

The best, cleanest Tim Hortons have been to in Windsor for a long time. The staff should be complimented. I was actually greeted with a smile and a good morning. Found that everyone even at pick up we're very funny and greeted everyone which is something that has not been done that Tim Hortons for a long time. Very polite. Will make this my number one place to enjoy my cup of coffee. It was very busy while I was here yet everybody still smiled and greeted every customer. hats off to the manager Elicia.

The person at the front counter had no idea what she was doing. We had to repeat ourself 3 times to get our order correct. The worst of it is they tried to serve us expired milk coffee. We watch her pour in the chunky milk and she kept telling us it was fine and just cold. We refused and they gave us a refund. The entire store needs more training on what expired milk looks like, and to not argue with costumers that watched it being made. Will never go to this one again. They were horrible.
