I ordered a large Triple triple and a large french vanilla. They gave me a double double with my French vanilla and then they tried to argue with me for 5 minutes that they gave me what I ordered. It should have been a simple hand off of the drink but they had to make it a whole thing

I've been to this location multiple times and often go inside instead of going into the overflowing drive through, the line barely moves and the quality of the coffee and sandwiches are very inconsistent at this location. Wait times are typically long.

Tim Hortons used to be the best. I have never eaten WORST chicken sandwich than today at this Hortons.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons location on huron church and was extremely disappointed with the veggie wrap that I ordered. The new employee who made it clearly had no idea what they were doing, as the wrap had almost nothing in it. It was basically just a tortilla with a few sad pieces of veggies and most of the rice.
I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but if you are going to be making food for customers, you should at least know how to properly assemble a wrap. If any of the more experienced employees are reading this, I would kindly ask that you take the time to train the new employee on how to make a proper veggie wrap so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Overall, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will likely think twice before returning to this location. It's important to take pride in your work and ensure that every customer receives a quality product, regardless of who is making it.
