I haven't seen such a dirty and obviously neglected washroom in a very long time. I decided to pass on purchasing any food items seeing the conditions. And, I was REALLY looking forward to the creme burlee tidbits before I left the Canada.

I was here to pick up the skip order on Dec 21st around 10.30 pm . There was no one at the store and Hardly 1 car in drive through. 3 people working at store , one boy , one girl with hijab and old lady , I have waited for almost 30 min , they haven’t prepared their food in advance and stated making cookies after 10 min later ,I have arrived . Extremely poor preparation service .

I just came into the drive thru. We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken wrap with donuts and a coffee. Isabella was amazing. She gave us amazing service, she was taking the orders and giving us our drinks. The french vanilla tasted like water but all of the staff were great. Isabella was very apologetic and even gave us a coupon for next time. When we come here in the afternoon the wait times are long and they never have what you want. Whatever they did tonight keep it up! They finally had donuts the baker guy did great.

Her radiant energy honestly made my day better, and my order was perfect despite how busy it was. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the customers. Achol is easily one of the best Tim Hortons employees I’ve ever encountered.
