Absolutely horrendous. Got a coffee mocha and it was the nastiest water I ever had . Brown colored bo flavor yuck .

A young lady named Emma took care of me. She was polite and took care of my order promptly. She seems to take great pride in her job. Please tell Emma she is doing a fantastic job.

I am writing to formally document a concerning experience I recently had with a manager named Stephanie at the Tim Hortons location in Sandwich Town. The interaction raised significant questions about the level of professionalism being upheld at this store.
I contacted the location by phone with the intention of asking a straightforward question. When Stephanie answered, her tone was immediately abrupt. I began by politely asking if I could speak with the manger, but before I was able to explain the purpose of my call, she cut me off and demanded to know who I was and what I wanted. The manner in which she expressed this came across as unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive.
Because I was not given the opportunity to communicate my question and felt that the interaction was not being handled in a professional or constructive manner, I made the decision to end the call and advised I will contact the district manager, as I did not feel that my inquiry could be addressed appropriately at the store level. She then politely said ok great good bye.
This experience does not reflect the standard of customer service I expect from Tim Hortons, nor does it align with the respectful, community-oriented environment that the Sandwich Town neighborhood values. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that customer interactions are conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist. After hearing from multiple team members at this location Stephanie lacks the leadership and professionalism for the position she holds.

There were almost seven people working this morning when we to get coffee but still there was no one to show up at the counter. The queue was too big and even drive-thru had atleast 15 cars. The service was way too pathetic. With these many people working still they aren’t fast enough to finish up orders. Needs more organisation skills.
Big shoutout to Julian! He’s doing an amazing job.

Between 11:00 - 11:15pm on 25th November, i ordered two veggie wrap, habanero veggie and cilantro lime veggie, it was clearly a veggie wrap on the screen. When I opened it after reaching home, both had chicken in it. Pathetic service and very bad attitude of employees
