I have been a regular customer of this place for the last 6 months. Today I went there with my friends and ordered coffee including baked items. I was about to order timbits(Chocolate glazed) and noticed a FLY sitting on them. I immediately told an employee named "Vaishali" and she just brought out the tray and put it back. She didn't care to throw them immediately. If anyone gets food poisoned who is going to be responsible for it.
This place needs serious food inspection and surely I am going to make a complaint about the incident. Either you guys educate your employees or hire someone who has at least a Food Handler certificate.

Worst service... always takes order for food that later they can't make. Front person always messes up the drinks. I told the person he forgot to add cane sugar, he spillled half of my drink and then added the cane sugar and told me to mix it myself. Never ever coming back here again.
I've been a regular at this Tim Hortons for 15 years, given its proximity to my workplace. However, over the past year and a half, the quality has significantly declined. The food is frequently incorrect, and the customer service has been consistently poor.
Today, around 11:45 AM, I went through the drive-thru. The employee handed me the debit machine without a word, took my payment, then handed me my food—all without a greeting or any acknowledgment. This lack of basic courtesy has become the norm with the staff. After this incident I contacted the location directly and asked to speak with a manager, I was questioned why by the women who answered the telephone, then again I requested a manager, then was told that he was too busy to speak to me and was again questioned on why i was calling.
While the long-standing employees are still excellent, they are increasingly outnumbered by newer staff who struggle with basic customer service. It’s particularly frustrating when a non-English speaker is on the drive-thru speaker, leading to multiple attempts to get my order right. Customer service should include greetings, thank-yous, and proper training. This Tim Hortons location needs significant improvement.
Also, please don't copy and paste your basic response you seem to use each review. Read the reviews and take action. Your custimers shouldn't have to click a link and fill out a form as well.

I want there and I order a crispy chicken and when I ask the lady what was in she in the food she did not gene listen to me and just gave it to me and when I went back to return it and I did not finish my sentence she said I can not return it I was soo made like who does that.The person serving me the food was very rude and served me without not wearing glove like and it and the atmosphere was very bad because I am never going there anymore
