I remember about 4 days ago,I drove through the drive way for hot chocolate drink with farmer's wrap,the goodness I felt in my mouth was beyond my imagination...it is tempting to drive there everyday to grab this...O love Tim Hortons ❤

This Tim Hortons cafe is truly my favorite, especially considering I used to live on Peter Street, and it was just a few minutes' walk away. It became my go-to place for coffee because they consistently make it just the way I like it, and the customer service is always excellent.

Barb is wonderful. we go there all the time just to see her. She is an amazing worker! Always gets our order right with a smile.we even gave her a Christmas gift this year.my son made for her.

This has got to be THE WORST timmies in Windsor Ontario!! It definetly DOES NOT deserve any stars!! I dont drive and live quite a ways from this timmies or any timmies and i have a disability in my leg..so hence why i use the app with delivery! 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong or they ALWAYS miss lots of it!! For example yesterday October 14 2022 i put in a huge $54 order and they missed $20 if it so yes the nice manager Jessica sent me a $20 gift card to replace the $20 i had to put out to reorder what THEY missed!! Now today October 15 2022.. i sent my daughter on a WALK there to get our order thinking they cant possibly get it wrong..but THEY DID!!! They forgot our hashbrown and put tomatoe, which im highly allergic to and she asked for NO TOMATOE on my bagel breakfast sandwich!! When i called the manager today she kept saying she couldnt understand what i was saying and told me there was nothing she can do VERY RUDELY and hung up on me! Shes a manager? How on earth do they keep messing up!? Do they not know how to read a mobile order or listen to the customers in person ..but this is rediculous and i will be passing the word about this Timmies and I will also be calling the head manager about this store as well!!SO DISPPOINTING how they treat there customers and its ONLY this timmies on Sandwich Street that i hear ALOT of people having the exact same issues! Retrain the staff or make sure they can read and write and understand english please! Sure got my sunday off to a bad start..thanks for that ?

The cashier had made a mistake with an order. She brought it to a senior employee (manager?) right away. The manager was great. He didn't berate them, make it into an issue or belittle the employee in any way. He gave the employee what they needed to know and the actions to take. This is a great example of how people should be treated. Well done!
