Do not order the steak or the salad. What I received was beyond disappointing. I sent it back, which says a lot because food has to be pretty bad for me to not want to eat it. I was so put-off that I kindly declined the server’s repeated offers to get me something else to eat. The rest of my family seemed to enjoy their ribs and fries, which was good for them. I went home and made dinner myself.

Knowing what I know, never again, owner is horrible to work for, makes promises he can't keep, building should be inspected more often for pests, i.e.cockroaches etc. using expired ingredients for baking, as far as I know only 1 person with food handlers, lead baker only has 1 yr. baking exp. from Timmies of all places....lead baker also doesn't like to wash dishes before using again for something else...CUSTOMERS EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK....WATCH OUT FOR PESTS AND OTHER BUGS...oh and mouldy desserts....couple kids in there that graduated culinary and a lead baker that probably never seen real baking done that is useless...we will see.......

Went to Tommy’s BBQ for a lovely birthday dinner. NEVER AGAIN. The waitress had so much attitude and was so snippy. My pulled pork sandwich had no meat on it, honestly just felt like mush. The waitress had accidentally added someone else’s drink on my bill, and when I brought it up she said she had already noticed when she didn’t see it on that persons bill as they were paying, THEN instead of fixing it or just taking it off the bill since it was her mistake the she had ALREDY SEEN she says “well your family will pay you the money”. Never again am I going to that over priced restruant full of disrespectful employees. If you want bbq I highly suggest to STAY AWAY from Tommy’s.

The food here is ok but not great, their main staple is bbq ribs/ chicken but the ribs don’t seem to be bbq and the chicken was burnt. The sandwiches are ok but nothing to write home about and the fries are frozen crinkle cut garbage. However, the biggest issue here is the staff. I’ve been unfortunate enough to be dragged here multiple times by family and only ever had an awful experience across multiple servers. I always go in with expectations, good or bad and every time I’m reminded why I always say I’m never coming back. Your better off cooking your own bbq and buying some of their bbq sauce which is the only good thing about this place.

Waited for almost 15 min and nobody even came to our table for drinks. Waitress had told us she would be right back after we were seated for 5 min and 10 min later we got up and left. This was our 1st time going and not sure I would return.

Having ribs at Tommy's is always a wonderful experience! The same old TBQ ribs, crinkle fries, coleslaw with a bun is always tasty, fresh, and never gets old.
The food here was almost completely inedible. The burger was very dry and did not taste at all like beef. The beef ribs were extremely chewy and couldn’t even be cut with a knife.

I went there yesterday for some good ribs and I was very disappointed. The ribs were dry, had no flavor, and were rubbery as hell. Kept chewing and chewing. I put them aside and told the waitress I wasn't happy with them and she gave me attitude. She said "Well, you should have told me when I first asked you how everything was,"
First of all She came and asked me how everything was while I was chewing the rubbery ribs. When she came back with the bill, she said she took it off the bill. As I went to look at the receipt, she gave me attitude again and said. "I just told you I already told you I took it off," then said next time, tell me right away.
I'm never going here again and neither should you. The food was bad. Overpriced, and our waitress was very rude.
