Amazing rye bread and soft pretzels. I wish I had a soft pretzel right now! Real bakeries in Windsor are few and far between these days... Union Bakery is a real old-fashioned style bakery.
I ordered 4 Paskas with Raisins from Tony Blaks Union Bakery to be picked up for Easter on Saturday April 8. Paskas are a special Polish Bread made for Easter and in our family we have been eating it as long as I remember and always put butter on the slices.This is a treat that I always look forward to and it continues with my family.
