As someone who has travelled extensively across China, I’ve always found it hard to come by truly authentic Chinese food outside the country. But this place in Windsor completely surprised me – it’s hands down the best Chinese restaurant I’ve been to outside of China.
We tried the hot pot and fried pork belly, and both were absolutely awesome – rich in flavour, perfectly cooked, and true to the traditional taste. The ingredients were fresh, and the spice levels hit the mark just like in Sichuan.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a real Chinese food experience – not the usual North American version. Will definitely come back!
