I've eaten Pupusas all over the place (Washington D.C., San Francisco, Salt Lake City, NYC, Chicago). These are without a doubt the best I've eaten from a restaurant. 100%, by far!

The food quality was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Here's what went wrong:

Overall, it was a letdown. Maybe they can improve the menu or cooking techniques.

Staff are not punctual. They make uber drivers wait and then blame drivers for customer wait. Highly not recommend for rude behavior.

Viktoria is a family-owned gem serving up some of the best Salvadorian food I’ve ever had. The flavours are bold, comforting, and absolutely unforgettable. The pupusas are perfectly crispy on the outside with delicious fillings, the tostadas are next-level good, and even the refried beans are to die for. The sauces, both spicy and mild are so flavourful it’s hard to choose a favourite.

Beyond the amazing food, the service was exceptional. I asked for an extra cold beer and our server went out of her way to grab one from the back of the fridge. Small touches like that make all the difference. We also had kids with us, and they were warmly welcomed and accommodated, which made the whole experience even better.

My only wish? That they served margaritas with the meals! But even without them, this place is an absolute must-visit.
