My friend, a waiter, encouraged me to write this, my very first negative online review. Ultimately, I am not mad, just disappointed. I had a reservation for three guests at 20:30 on December 19th, 2025, and arrived a few minutes early.
After several minutes of standing at the door, I was informed by the staff that guests who had paid their bills were still seated in the restaurant. At 20:50, a second member of the restaurant staff told me that the table of guests with the to-go boxes was no longer ordering from the menu and was a source of frustration for them as well. After standing for 20 minutes, I approached the table, apologized for the interruption, explained that my reservation was pending their departure, and kindly asked when they planned to leave with their to-go boxes.
December 19th was certainly not my lucky day, because shortly afterwards, the restaurant manager approached my colleagues and me, demanding to know who was harassing his guests. I’m confident that he likely wasn’t having the best day, considering our impending conversation.
I spoke with him and explained my rationale. He stated, “Yeah, we don’t do that here.” He repeated that line three times, without making eye contact, and declared his dissatisfaction with me. I respectfully disagreed and explained my dissatisfaction with him, citing Season 3, Episode 11 of Seinfeld.
We agreed to disagree, considering he didn’t believe waiting over 20 minutes, regardless of my reservation, gave me a reason to be disappointed, or that I was repeatedly told the to-go box crew was to blame for my misfortunes.
We waited for a total of 28 minutes before being seated. There was no mention of the events that transpired thereafter. Our waiter, Johnny, was great, and I tipped him because I don’t take out my frustration on other people and do not wish to be sleeping with the fishes [emphasis added].

Came in with a group of people. Ordered drinks and never got them had to ask the server again. Ordered wine for dinner and had it at least 10 no it’s after the last person got their food. The last person waited at least 10 minutes after the 7 other people Ordered their food well by the time We waited our food was cold. I mean we waited for our wine to go with it

We always had great service from a young man, I believe his name was Jake? So sad he hasn't been there...was exceptional service! Not the same with other servers. Hope he has moved on up. I like finding servers at my regular restaurants that are attentive. Food is still ok, but prefer exceptional service.

I attended my work Christmas party in the upstairs room and it was lovely. Everything is decorated beautifully for Christmas and the food was tasty. The charcuterie board was beautiful.

Hosted 40 guests upstairs for my Wife's 50th. Everything was perfect. Our servers were friendly and very attentive. Glasses were kept full and our dinner service was served as we hoped for at a comfotable pace to allow us to enjoy our evening without being rushed. Our guests raved at every part of our experience. They also helped our guests with dietary restrictions perfectly. Thanks to Sammi and her team!

Absolutely the best red pasta sauce I've ever had, hands down, pasta pomodorro excellent, simple but packed with flavor, the lobster bisque, also the best I've ever had, so much flavor, and the portions are great sized!! I didn't add any extra seasonings to my food!! Loved our waiter John!!!
Amazing meal & incredible service! Johnny C took care of us and was very attentive. It was my husband’s first time and we’ll definitely be back. If you enjoy Lobster Bisque, get it when it’s on the menu!

just received my Uber Eats order, and I’m really disappointed with the quality. The food arrived cold, the pasta was extremely oily, and the bruschetta had no flavor the bread wasn’t even toasted. Overall, everything was terrible and not what I expected.
