It took me a while to write this review, maybe because I didn't find it significant, but i went there in July.
The first is that i wanted to go because of the chimney cones... The machine wasn't working and they didn't offer any alternatives or suggestions. The place wasn't clean, the tables were sticky and the girls attending seemed to be so bored, not even a smile, not suggesting flavors of ice cream.
There were some balloon dogs, my daughter was like: these are nice! Are you selling it? And they were like, grab one if you want.
So, will I return there? Probably not. Expensive, not good service, not clean enough... And because I couldn't try the chimney cones, I'm not thinking for a second chance to just try them.

Basic icecream on premium chimney cones. What a bummer! Paid $11 for vanilla chocolate swirl. Im not a kid! The least you could have given me was a better description of the icecream before serving it to me. Bought the cheesecake chimney cone but the only cheesecakey part was the very end maybe 2 nibbles thats it
Cleanliness is worst. When u drop something In garbage bin, the flies hit right on face, the table is sticky and stools are sticky as well. If health Canada notice this, they will be in big trouble. So many flies inside the store..

Food was good but restaurant was NOT clean. Went to sit in the window after ordering and regretted getting food there. Nothing wiped down. Didn’t want to even touch the tables.
