It took me a while to write this review, maybe because I didn't find it significant, but i went there in July.
The first is that i wanted to go because of the chimney cones... The machine wasn't working and they didn't offer any alternatives or suggestions. The place wasn't clean, the tables were sticky and the girls attending seemed to be so bored, not even a smile, not suggesting flavors of ice cream.

It's super hard to support a business when they never have what they advertise. Been 3 times with no chimneys cones available. Tonight I decided I'd get a cookies and cream waffle bowl with vanilla icecream. Ordered, paid. All of a sudden no vanilla ice cream. The amount of time I've wasted standing around this place just to be told they don't have items available is frustrating.
