December 28, 2024: Like many others, I thought why not treat myself to Wendy's since it's right by Jackson Park's Christmas Lights Event. Myself and several customers waited 5-10 minutes to place our orders. The employees kept looking at us so they knew we were waiting. NOT ONE employee said anything "Pls give me a minute and I will be there shortly" nothing. NOT ONE employee acknowledged. It's one thing to be understaffed but it's disappointing because it's my first time visiting this location and probably my last. Zero stars for food because I did not receive any service..

I normally enjoy Wendy's. This location was a disorganized mess! My order was very late being filled. When filled, it was short food items! It was the dinner hour but should have run more smoothly. I won't be back.

I ordered from ubereats on saturday 2024-11-02 and it was around id say 12 20 potentially. Granted I was aware drive through closes around 1 am.
I was just hungry as i came back from work and figured ill order small so got the 2 for 1 deal on a jr burger and a medium frosty. The order was not ready and on its way until 1:20am basicly and it was missing the burgers and had the medium frosty stored inside a bag within a bag and no spoon with it.
Basicly it felt like a giant middle finger at me which while im understanding the time of the order and part of why i tried to keep it small and simple... I didnt appreciate what i got.
I order from this Wendy's quite often, day shift is always fine Midnight's always messes at least one thing up. Today I called to let them know I found a set of keys in their parking lot with a Wendy's tag on it (assuming an employees) so I called. And called. And called. I called a total of 17 times over an hour without one pickup I ordered 10 Frostys and 8 DJBC right before closing as a reward from them being too lazy to pick up a phone. I also just drove back and threw the keys where I found them. Such a small thing that shows big laziness.

Decent speed but service is inadequate. More than once I have received the wrong order here and been rushed out of the drive thru before I could speak up. My friend was scammed out of $20 here. Wouldn’t recommend. Learn how to do your job.

Place an order for delivery and was severely disappointed.
I ordered a chicken strip combo for our child who wanted ranch sauce. I ordered ranch and paid for additional ranch to make sure I had enough for our child and ended up getting no sauce at all.
I also ordered a bacon deluxe burger combo which was supposed to come with Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, pickles, mayo, lettuce and onion. When I opened my burger it just had a couple pieces of lettuce and onion.
