Just an observation I made while waiting in the lobby for my food. It’s a little bit bizarre that the gentleman making sandwiches and the other one working the fryers are both required to wear gloves but the same rule doesn’t apply to the man dropping the raw beef patties on the grill. I was waiting for my food and just so happen to see the worker with his hands in his pockets, his arms crossed at another moment and then immediately grabbing raw meat with bare hands and dropping it on the grill then proceeding to wash his hands after the fact. When the easier alternative is to just wear gloves before touching raw meat? To add fuel to the fire while I was waiting in line to order the fryer worker was standing there on his phone texting away where all customers can see. Manager was busy in drive thru leaning on a table. Seems a bit of malpractice on the managers part as they should be running the shift and making sure proper procedures are being followed. Front counter worker was great though.

I just went through your drive thru and ordered a baconator, a BBQ cheeseburger combo, 2 Junior bacon cheese burgers, and 4 orders of the 6 piece chicken nuggets with plum sauce. When I got home I was missing an order of nuggets and a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. I called the store and got no answer. I will be calling again tomorrow in hopes of a response.

I had bad experience at this restaurant the food was old and tested bad not just that I ordered hamburger they didn’t give me hamburger bun with I don’t know how you can forget that
