I don’t think training on a Saturday night is the best management decision. -No cheese on my salad -Given two spoons to eat it with -Handed me my drink with the lid just laid on top. As I was putting it in my cupholder the cup spilled some and the lid came off. -Wait times as usual.

Talk about the slowest and most frustrating drive-thru wait ever. Waited 10 minutes to not have my order taken. All I was told was to wait. I waited 10 minutes until I decided I was done. How long do I have to wait 20 minutes to have my order taken? Best thing to do is to drive off and find a better place. Thanks for nothing.

Probably one of the worst Wendy's in windsor ; the fries were stone cold and dry and the pops were so sugary and flat that we were wondering if the staff was checking the mixture and the carbonation at all ! The floor was covered in garbage and the tables were dirty . While we were eating we couldn't help but notice that the staff was enjoying a lot of free time behind the counter chatting between themselves ; there was no card to fill up to complain about the service and we had to go back for napkins because we only got 2 for two full meals .

If I could put a zero for everything as how disgusted I was with the service the employees laughing at customers like people are a joke and just how disgusting the food tasted will never be going back to that restaurant again I hope they close their doors for good
Might be the worst run Wendys in the city. You can go through the drive-thru at any time of the day and expect a 10+ minute wait. Its also likely they get your order wrong. Has happened to me each time I've tried to give this place another chance due to the convenient location. I don't know if the owner is just cheap and doesn't staff properly, or if it is poorly managed, but the service level is laughable.
