I understand mistakes are made HOWEVER this Is the 4th time I have ordered and a item is missing! Not only do I lose money , someone in my family has no meal to eat because they didn't put the food item in the bag. I don't drive so I can not just return to the store. How is management not responding to phone calls(phone is always off the hook when I call) let alone responding to these reviews.

Literally went there at 7 o’clock in the drive-through and had to wait for the food until 7:45 PM. This has never happened before, longest wait ever and they couldn’t even give me an extra fry or upgrade me to a medium. The food was cold after we waited for 45 minutes. My 6-year-old is not impressed

This is the 3rd time I orders thru the app, paying extra taxes to be missing MULTIPLE items, got the drink wrong , my large chili should have been a small because it was half empty and no answer at the store.

I ordered off of door dash and they forgot a burger no ressing for salad, large chilli not full, and this is not the first time second time order thru app and we're missing dressing for salad and not filled up large chilly , zero stars
