some how always finds a way to mess up your order, so double check your bag when you leave the drive thru, because if you call and tell them its wrong they will call you a liar and hung up, not answering the phones again! I

They won't serve truck drivers at the drive-thru window if theyre not in a vehicle ...truck drivers dont bother trying to find a place to park and then order because they dont accommodat truck drivers like every other fast food restaurant !!! Complained in person and the manager was rude about it too.

Terrible service. Their motto is âquality is our recipeâ and itâs not. My bacon was literally raw twice and the older lady staff member with blue hair was disgustingly disrespectful. Iâm autistic and stated i literally couldnât eat it since it was raw and they told me âit wonât be more cooked than thatâ when it was literally raw and rubbery and bouncy when i touched it. The staff is disrespectful and wonât even replace a sandwich they messed up and didnât cook fully so my boyfriend had to go get his money back. DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESTAURANT AND WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. Absolutely disgraceful too when you ask them and they make a sandwich worse and more raw than the first time they did it wrong which was already a concern. Sad to think no one cares about the actual quality of their food.

I had a terrible experience with Wendyâs tonight that I havenât before. I got 2 people in my family that canât have bread at all because of health issues. Iâve ordered from different food apps and never had a problem like tonight. Every time I need no buns I have to call the store because the option isnât there. So tonight I put my order in, called the store up and said no buns. I was then told they donât do that anymore. She said they get way too many calls regarding this kind of stuff. They said they will make it like a burger but then we have to take the buns off ourselves.
So as much as I didnât want to go out and get it I did. So I got the exact same order and when I got home 1 of the burgers wasnât wrapped and put on a bun
Food is good, but the girl we had tonight in the drive thru was super rude, barely looked at my husband as she handed us the bag of food, while walking away from the window saying have a good day in a very monotone voice like she hates her job... tbh if you hate your job don't work at a customer service job.

Positives - two person take out order, one person's food was great, no known concerns....multi-flavour fountain pop huge bonus! Props to the very polite and helpful staff member who processed our order.
Negatives - tried the new triple burger (garlic/bacon/cheese) and am absolutely positive the meat was not cooked long enough / well enough. Got sick twice today while the food works it's way out of my system :(
Did not keep receipt or I'd use it for a detailed information to contact the company's customer service type department online.
