They won't serve truck drivers at the drive-thru window if theyre not in a vehicle ...truck drivers dont bother trying to find a place to park and then order because they dont accommodat truck drivers like every other fast food restaurant !!! Complained in person and the manager was rude about it too.

Terrible service. Their motto is “quality is our recipe” and it’s not. My bacon was literally raw twice and the older lady staff member with blue hair was disgustingly disrespectful. I’m autistic and stated i literally couldn’t eat it since it was raw and they told me “it won’t be more cooked than that” when it was literally raw and rubbery and bouncy when i touched it. The staff is disrespectful and won’t even replace a sandwich they messed up and didn’t cook fully so my boyfriend had to go get his money back. DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESTAURANT AND WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. Absolutely disgraceful too when you ask them and they make a sandwich worse and more raw than the first time they did it wrong which was already a concern. Sad to think no one cares about the actual quality of their food.

I had a terrible experience with Wendy’s tonight that I haven’t before. I got 2 people in my family that can’t have bread at all because of health issues. I’ve ordered from different food apps and never had a problem like tonight. Every time I need no buns I have to call the store because the option isn’t there. So tonight I put my order in, called the store up and said no buns. I was then told they don’t do that anymore. She said they get way too many calls regarding this kind of stuff. They said they will make it like a burger but then we have to take the buns off ourselves.
So as much as I didn’t want to go out and get it I did. So I got the exact same order and when I got home 1 of the burgers wasn’t wrapped and put on a bun

Food is good, but the girl we had tonight in the drive thru was super rude, barely looked at my husband as she handed us the bag of food, while walking away from the window saying have a good day in a very monotone voice like she hates her job... tbh if you hate your job don't work at a customer service job.

Positives - two person take out order, one person's food was great, no known concerns....multi-flavour fountain pop huge bonus! Props to the very polite and helpful staff member who processed our order.
Negatives - tried the new triple burger (garlic/bacon/cheese) and am absolutely positive the meat was not cooked long enough / well enough. Got sick twice today while the food works it's way out of my system :(
Did not keep receipt or I'd use it for a detailed information to contact the company's customer service type department online.
Drive-through people are super disrespectful… the attitude they give to customers is out of control. The Tone of their voice they have is garbage in person or on the speaker..No thank you and NO please word come out of their mouth…MANAGEMENT needs training because he/she is definitely aware of this.

Wendy’s is hands down my favorite fast food spot! Every time I go, I know I’m getting fresh, high-quality food. The burgers are always juicy and the fries are perfectly crispy. What really makes Wendy’s stand out is the consistency they never miss when it comes to taste and freshness. Even the service is great. The site and google both said that this was open until midnight. I paid bus fare to go across the city, arriving a few minutes after 10 pm, and they turned me away and refused service because their dining room was closed. They denied me service in the drive-thru as a paying customer. I wasted two hours of my time bussing here and walking home. I am extremely disappointed by the awful customer service and lack of consideration exhibited here.
