Was excited for $4 Singles. Went with coworker through drive through during my break at work today. Was super hungry so started eating right away. The burgers were COLD. The bun was so cold it felt like just came out of the fridge. OK that’s fine but the meat is also COLD. I couldn’t believe it. I understand the Single is on special but it’s unacceptable with the patty is literally room temperature. We were on a 10 minute limit so couldn’t even go back to return or exchange. I will be telling EVERYONE to avoid this Wendy’s because they serve cold burgers and do so with a smile. Never going back again and neither should you.

All tables dirty... found one that we had to wipe off salt off of. One table was kind of clean but dead fly on seat.
Ordered chicken sandwiches but had to wait 5 min because I guess chicken was frozen too much?
Fries were under cooked.. tasted like eating a mashed potatoes.... no thanks.
Had to ask for more than 1 napkin and also needed more than one spoon...
They must wipe down the trays with a wet rag.. prob dirty.... then out paper and a napkin on it... then they stack them on top of each other damp. How gross is that...
Check out the condition of there food. Grose Lettic... small chicken.. etc.
Needless to say we are done with this place.

I had the worst experience from speaker to window. It was a younger female and her tone alone at the speaker set the whole experience off to a bad start. Then she was so short with me at the window almost as if I was interrupting her personal time. Trying to rush me through and was very rude about it. I had her scan my app for $1 large fry offer, when she saw my phone held up she was snappy and short and asked me if I was redeeming something in a tone that insinuated she didn't want to do the extra legwork. Then the manager came over and glared at me while asking her if everything was alright as if I was the problem. I had never ever gone to a drive through for food and felt more of a burden for actually ordering food. Worst customer service over ever experienced.

This has to be the cleanest Wendy's ever. I saw the manager cleaning the table legs and base. Really, how often do you see that. Bathromm was spotless, and there were no fingerprints on everything

You can never go wrong with their seasonal portobello burger. Their fries with habanero sauce are great (if you can handle the heat).

The burgers are super fresh, gives you the fresh outta oven feeling.

Love the spicy chicken sandwich.

Unlimited refill of drinks (my choice is Dave's root beer)

Environment and staff is really nice too.

Disappointed with the service

Stopped by the drive-thru today and spent about $25 on a meal. When I asked for ketchup, I was only given two packets. I politely asked if I could have a few more, but the staff member (an Indian gentleman) completely ignored me and turned around without saying a word.

Thankfully, a younger female employee stepped in and handed me a few more—she was polite and respectful, which I appreciated.

It’s disappointing to be treated like you’re asking for too much over something as small as ketchup, especially after spending that much. Basic courtesy and acknowledgment of customers shouldn’t be optional.

Asked for a straw for my drink, which I could see sitting on the counter and he said we don't have to do straws anymore. Said I'd still like one, he said he didn't have any.
I'm only one customer, but if that's the level of customer service they will loose everyone.

The lady taking the order at 9:10am on January 31, 2025 was extremely rude. I was trying Wendys breakfast for my first time. She was speaking and asking questions very roughly and rudely. Not gonna try again in Wendys. Business will not grow with rude employees and eventually shut shop.
