Today, i order some milkshake and wraps at morning but having a change of mind i wanted to add one more wrap and shake to the same ordwr so i had to cancel it thinking i would get that money back and i will pay of all of them together. But surprisingly, i got charged for cancelling the order. Now neither i got my refund nor i get my money back.

Worst experience ever. The lady at the desk is extremely arrogant. When I approached her with a weird smell in my coffee, she replied saying she can throw it but can’t replace it instead. Never coming again, and cannot absolutely suggest it to any of my friends.

We went to purchase three items, all of the same type, but only two were available. We asked the cashier if more stock was available, and they said no. So, we ended up buying a third item that we didn’t like as much. However, shortly after, we noticed that the product we originally wanted was back in stock.
When we requested to exchange the third product (which was unopened and in its original packaging) for the item we initially wanted, the staff refused, despite both products being priced the same. We were dissatisfied with the refusal to replace the item, especially since we didn’t like the third product. Additionally, the staff member’s behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.

Compared chicken wrap from Tim Hortons with Williams cafe. I felt that the crust here is small, the spice levels are different. Value for money is missing. Should improve. Given two stars because of the basic hospitality.

Food was coffee time quality, Service, if you can even call it that was mediocre, big guy 'attending' was awful. Apparently they only have one size items but the menu's state differently. Take your coins to Tim Hortons, they go further there for the same garbage food.

I ordered delivery and my latte and their breakfast wrap were completely missing... I don't understand how you can miss two major items
Food was okay but not the best. Tried the roasted red pepper & tomato soup with the grilled cheese. Was not what I was expecting. Grilled cheese sandwich should be crispy, but it was squishy and soggy. And I wish the soup listed the ingredients as I was not expecting all the different Chunks in the soup, but soup was still great.
