I placed an order last night, and DoorDash app glitched so it was placed as a pick up and not delivery. Reached out to the store 5 times. Went to voice mail. Not a single response. Had to replace the order, essentially paying twice for the same food. The food might be ok but the customer service left a very horrible taste. I should have reordered with a different restaurant.Edit: restaurant owner called back and was very professional, explaining the situation. Looking forward to trying more of the delicious offerings.

I faced some issues with delivery of my order, and staff working at the restaurant name ‘Rishi’ handled the matter smoothly and got me my order on time when I was starving! I am regular customer at this restaurant and love the taste and quality of the food. I would recommend to try their Butter Chicken, Chicken 65 biryani, chicken tikka biryani/masala. Keep up the good work guys!
1st two orders were good. 3rd order was on the verge of being stale. Ordered Dum Biriyani on Uber Eats, received noist biriyani with stale taste.

They definitely bought their reviews here on Google. My partner and I went here and got no service. I had to use the washroom downstairs and it was pretty appalling—a tell tale sign of the cleanliness of the overall place. I am thankful that we just ended up leaving after getting no service. Instead we discovered Athidi on Wyandotte and *that* was mind-knowingly good food with impeccable service.

One of the worst biryani we ever had!!! They serve us stale food. We order 2 veg biryani yesterday night. When we got home and open the open, it smell different. It taste horrible!! Think twice before you order biryani here. Never gonna come back here!!!

I truly should have read the reviews before I came here. So please take this as a warning and go somewhere else!First off, as I approached the restaurant, the doors were propped open and smoke was billowing out. As I entered, I choked on the heavy, acrid smoke that smothered the restaurant. Should have walked away then...Next the butter chicken meal i ordered was brought out to me in a bag that looked suspiciously too small for my order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Paid, and left.When I got back to my residence and opened the bag, I found a large container of sauce, with almost no chicken, with no rice! Just the sauce. A tinfoil wrap of what I can only assume was supposed to be my naan bread. The bread was burnt to a crisp and crumbled into pieces.So please, folks, learn from my mistake and read the reviews before ever eating here. If you decide to proceed, do so at your own risk.I paid over $20 for a container of sauce, a few measly pieces of chicken, and some crumbled, black mess that I assume was suppose to be garlic naan bread.

Horrible, placed a small order of naan, samosas, lassi and tea. Took over 30 minutes to prepare and was burnt and tasteless. We kept asking them how long it would take and kept being told just a couple minutes. Don’t know how this place has so many good reviews because the food was trash and so was the service.

We landed in windsor last week and went to eat good food. We ordered biryani and dosa which took ages to come. Then after 30 mins biryani came along with one dose. While we were waiting for the 2nd dose. What I saw was disgusting a mice lying on the floor and it was not fresh mice, must be 3 to 4 days old. No one thought of cleaning the resturant. Holy we just paid and told them and they had no answer.

Absolutely hands down the worst restaurant in Windsor. They gave us what could be called slop for take out, two Mongolian beef lo main only one came with lo mein (was charged full price for both) beef was tougher then leather, got a jaw workout chewing it. The other order was a chicken dish to which was only given an absurdly small amount of chicken in a take out container with no rice (paid full price). Called to get an explanation as to why we were served such a horrific meal. The response summed up was this is all we had left….. absolute disgrace. Do not recommend, order elsewhere.
