The pizza was bad. This used to be my favourite place and you can tell the original owners are no longer in charge. The pepperoni was weird and they gave us double cheese instead of double pepperoni. The flavor was off.

Thank you Windsor Pizza! Finally a good pizza! We have had so many crappy pizzas lately. Usual go to was Antonio's but it went down the tubes. Tried Naples, Pizza King, Franco's. As well. Windsor Pizza by far the best!!!!!!!

Called and ordered but cancelled because of delivery time. The girl on the phone was too distracted . Pizza showed up but already ordered and was eating from somewhere else. Person next to me even heard me cancel. Order taker needs to pay more attention.

Employees don't seem to care about customer service or quality of food.....pretty easy to figure out why once you walk in.
What was once the best pizza place in our city is now relying purely on reputation to bring people in. This is not the same business as it used to be. It will be our last visit after being a customer for over 15 years.

We ordered a large pizza with a 2L bottle of coke. It came out to about $28.
The restaurant is take out only and the inside is very cramped. I actually had to wait outside as there were just 2 other people inside. This isn't a big deal if it's nice out. Wouldn't want to do it if it was cold or storming though without a vehicle. The staff did help an elderly man carry his pizza to his car. Very nice to see.
They said the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes so i went to get gas and then got caught by a train. They called about 18 minutes in and said my pizza was ready. I got there when they originally said, about 30 minutes. The pizza box did not feel warm.

Cheese - 7 - The cheese and sauce went perfect together. Unfortunately, it was on the cooler side.
Sauce - 8 - The sauce is very good. If it was a little warmer, i might have even gave it a 9.
Crust - 4 - The crust wasn't very good. A little under cooked in my opinion. Texture was a little cardboard-ish.
Overall - 7 - Windsor pizza delivers excellent pizza for a pretty reasonable price. Unfortunately my pizza was a bit on the cool side due to the time mismanagement. If my pizza would have been fresh, it would have been bumped up a point across the board. I would recommend Windsor Pizza to anyone who hasn't had it before. Even on the cold side, it was still really good. After reading some other reviews I can see how people would feel the pizza is a little soggy or undercooked. I think if Windsor Pizza can get their times more approximate, or keep the pizza hot, their pizza would be that much better. Maybe even one of the top spots in Windsor!

Long time customers, we always loved anything from Windsor pizza. The last three times we have ordered , we were very disappointed. Pizza was undercooked and soggy. Then the panzerotti was so greasy the box was oily and made a mess all over our car seat! It’s a shame how bad it has become!
I'm a repeat customer the panzerotti is absolutely amazing! We always get the large and deep fry it, 10/10 would recommend.

Very bad experience I used to love this place for panzerotti. Was supposed to be ready in 35 min. Took 50 min and was wet and soggy and more veggies than meat. Ordered a baby cheese pizza the crust was too hard for my son to eat. Seems like different people cooking each time, the crust was extra thick and empty, toppings inside also minimal. Won't be returning.

Very disappointed with my food. Delivery took an hour and 35 mins. I got the panzerotti everyone raves about. It was COLD, had canned mushrooms and really no flavour atall. I've had food here before that was good, so I'm pretty upset. Don't get delivery if you want warm food !!!

Since no longer employing Canadians and hiring low wage temporary foreign workers the food has gone down hill. The recipes are different, pizza dough isn’t cooked properly, cheaping out on cheese, not changing the grease enough…the list goes on. Very unfortunate that the original owners retired and whoever took over couldn’t keep the legacy going. Shame on you. EMPLOYEE A CANADIAN !
