Order a pick up they said 35 minutes I waited 15 minutes got a call said it was ready it takes me 15 minutes to get there so needless to say I picked it up got home it was coldrd not happy I explained I need to know if you tell me 35 minutes not 15 I can't be there I like to know so I can be there when it comes out to be home with it to eat it warm not cold but it is a good pizza if hot

Absolutely absurd service. I called at 7:38 for a pizza. And got called back as after spelling out the address they still had it wrong. After this was corrected I waited about 70 mins more and called again as still nothing arrived. I called the last time at 9:14 and they said it was not their fault. I was offered no compensation and when I asked to cancel my order they said no, instead when I said after a nearly 2 hour wait I would not pay they said they would put me on a do not call list. Needless to say one of the worst customer services I have ever had.

Food was trash cheese not even melted and just a pile of topping in ONE spot for they price the charge put a little bit more effort into your product shake my head ….. straight up TRASH!!!! Big

Disgusting! Asked it be cooked lightly, not light cheese. Who wants cardboard crust, gross sauce and barely any cheese!? Wasted a lot of money on literal garbage. That's where this whole box is going. Never, ever, ordering from here again!

I ordered from here 2 weeks ago and waited 2 hours and ended up cancelling when I couldn’t wait any longer. Tried to order from here tonight because my daughter liked it and figured it was a fluke but the man on the phone said he wouldn’t deliver because no one answered the door. Very weird because they were apologetic when it happened but must have forgot. Literally was dumbfounded that they tried to turn it around on me after. I didn’t leave a review when it happened because I know stuff happens and they we’re apologetic but to blame me for their mistake is the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced and my jaw was on the floor. Never would give this place my business again

Ordered tonight for my sons birthday party. The pizza was delicious! My guests who had never had Windsor Pizza were instantly intrigued as to where I ordered from. Will definitely be ordering again. The cheese, the shredded pep, delicious. Thank you!
