There’s a girl named Lara that works here. Worse person to ever hire at your place. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional service like this. As she has made lots of customer unhappy and this place will only lose customers because of this employee.

Wineology in Windsor is a fantastic spot for wine lovers and great food. The atmosphere is cozy and upscale, with a rooftop patio that’s perfect for drinks. Their menu has a nice mix of gourmet pizzas, seasonal dishes, and shareable plates. The wine selection is impressive, with options from local wineries and around the world. Friendly staff and a welcoming vibe make it a must-visit.

I wish I could write a zero star review. The service was absolutely horrible. I am visiting from Toronto and was told this place is amazing. Was let down very hard by the service and the treatment of the staff members at this establishment.
We’ve visited this restaurant several times with our child, and often times when the owner was there, he personally welcomed us with a smile. That’s why our most recent experience was so disappointing. The server was extremely rude and told us that children are not allowed, which we had never been told before. When I explained that we had been there with our child many times and that the owner would surely recognize us, she later claimed she had spoken with him and that he “didn’t know us.” This response was unnecessary, insulting, and made the whole interaction feel discriminatory. It’s very sad to see the restaurant’s warm reputation damaged by such unprofessional behavior from one server.

I have been a loyal customer of Winology, visiting a couple of times a month with my wife and child for the last 5 years. Unfortunately, my last experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting.
When we arrived, two servers rudely told us we could only sit at a two-person table, despite us being a family of three. They claimed all larger tables were booked for the night. We decided to leave and have dinner at another restaurant nearby. Later, when we passed by Winology again, we noticed that more than half of the restaurant was still empty.
To make matters worse, the servers told us we were not welcome back and said, “We’ll be sad to see you later.” I was shocked by such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
It’s unfortunate because I’ve always enjoyed the food here and I feel sorry for the owner. A business can quickly go downhill when staff treat loyal customers this way. Sadly, after years of coming here, I cannot see myself returning.

Just make sure no bugs land in your drink or else they’ll tell you to just pick it out and finish your drink.

Horrible customer service drove all the way from the USA. 3 hr drive to come to this place and got denied and told we didn’t have a reservation even though we did have one made. The guy approached us so rudely and yelled in our face. 100% do not recommend this place just based off first impressions.
We had an amazing experience at Wineology in Windsor! The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance — warm, stylish, and inviting. The tables are made from solid pieces of wood, which adds a beautiful natural touch that I really appreciated.
We started with a shared platter that included a variety of bites like shrimp and beef — everything was super tasty and clearly made with care. The quality of the food stood out right from the start.
Throughout the night, we tried several different dishes and each one was delicious and high quality. One major highlight was the pizza — honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and baked just right.
Their wine menu is extensive, with lots of interesting options to explore, whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just trying something new. Pairing wine with the food here really enhanced the overall experience.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the evening.
Highly recommend this spot for a cozy night out, date night, or a special celebration. We’ll definitely be back!

The menu is good. If you want a spot on the rooftop, get their early. It usually starts to fill up by 9/9:30 pm.
Table and chairs were wobbly and it was too loud with everyone yelling. But the quality of food was good.
