This place is really cool — we don’t get stuff like this in Kentucky! The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. I ordered two items and both were excellent. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Windsor!

Today at 4:30pm Monday sep, 22,2025.very bad expérience with a girl she looks new hire with a tattoo on her left hand she was very rude and disgusting attitude . I asked for something and she said ok. Then she gave me something else. When I asked why, she said, can't do that it's against her rules. Eventhough I've been customer for more more than 12 years. She started to raise her voice and I told her I'll reporte you, she Said do what ever you want to do, Go a head. That was very bad customer service I had in this bakery store. This kind of attitude should not be behind the counter talking to people. That's very very bad.

Very disappointed today usually whenever I am in windsor I use to get baklava every time from them for family to bsck to toronto, but today was not a pleasant purchase the 2kg pre pack baklava we purchased today were told it was fresh when in fact was old and tasted stale the whole family took a bite and threw it away it tasted so bad and stale and the stench was horrible.

The perfect cake for an 80th birthday party! The carrot cake was fabulous! It looked spectacular and tasted amazing. The candied nuts elevated the delectable flavours. We have found our favourite Windsor bakery!
The pastries I ordered tasted amazing! They were made with care! Not overly sweet. I love the gorgeous packaging. I will be ordering more! Thank u for your kind service.

My experience here was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Chadia was so incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Even though the bakery was super busy and filled with customers, she greeted me with such a warm and genuine smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. She patiently helped me pick out all my desserts and even went above and beyond by recommending a few of her personal favorites—which turned out to be some of the best treats I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail, positive energy, and helpfulness made my visit so enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly loves what they do, and it shows in how Chadia treats her customers. I’ll definitely be back again soon—thanks for the amazing service and delicious desserts!

Went in for pastries and was impressed by the variety—they all looked so tempting! The attendant was super friendly and helpful, suggesting some great picks based on my taste and even shared her own favourites(and her faves did not disappoint!). Everything I tried was fresh, delicious, and totally worth the calories. Ended up trying baklavas too and loved them. Great experience overall!
My experience with jasmine sweets and pastries was very bad and unfortunately I will not bring it back again.
The pastries were cold and had no flavor, and the desserts tasted old and stuffed with sugar annoyingly, as if they had been made for days! No softness or real flavor, but a shape of outside and a tired taste from the air.
And worse than Heck was the treatment of the worker. Their treatment was provocative, there is no respect or taste in talking, you feel that you are a burden to them, and you get out of the shop annoyed more than before you miss.
I don't advise anyone to go, in many places much better, by eating and in treatment.
